Sunset Apartments - Spata - Building
2
9.3 Excellent (989 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Spata-Artemida, Sunset Apartments is within a 15-minute drive of Attica Zoological Park and Rafina Port. A shuttle from the airport to the hotel is complimentary (available 24 hours).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff! Excellent communication, shuttle pickup and return to airport.
Cons: We were only here for a few hours between flights. Bed too firm for us and shower a bit of a squeeze.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Pick up and drop off service to the airport- all staff so friendly and helpful- perfect for a short transit.
8.5 Excellent
Cons: The room did not have a soft chair to set in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you would need. Kitchen was fully equipped and there was croissants, friganies and assorted jellies and coffee in the room for us as well as water and juice. Towels and toiletries were available and the apartment was spotless! The bathroom is beautiful with modern fixtures and shower! Stelios was a wonderful host who took us where we needed to go. He was very friendly and so was his brother who helped us with our meals. This place has a nice view and is near airport (but not too noisy). And near the beach. Great place to stay - highly recommend!!!
Cons: I am from America and our beds are a lot softer so the only thing I didn't like are the beds - but its not a complaint- that is how they are in Greece!!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: It was very spacious and clean. The apartment looked very nice and the staff easy very nice and helpful. They had breakfast items in the kitchen for us. The shuttle picked us up from the airport for free and took us back for 10€. They even have a cell phone for each room so that if you’re in the city and need them you can call them anytime! They had menus so we ordered food (by texting them our order and they called for us!) and relaxed the night before we flew home.
Cons: The mattress wasn’t super comfortable, but the comforter and sheets were SO soft!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The items left in the kitchen area for breakfast were perfect especially the fresh fruit. Thank you! The location to the airport was also excellent. The best, though, are the owners/staff. They are terrific, very helpful, and professional.
Cons: There was nothing that we did not like.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The owners are very nice and responsive. They drove us around and to the airport in the morning before 6am. It is a very convenient place to stay if you have an early/late flight. The flat is clean, spacious and had a few things to eat as breakfast inside the flat.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were awesome, super friendly and accommodating. Went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Place was very nice and easy to get to.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very clean, up-to-date and most convenient to the airport. We were welcomed warmly and respectfully and felt that we were going to have a great stay!
Cons: We had very bad electrical problems in the room. We lost power on several occasions throughout the night making the rooms a furnace. We were awoken at four in the morning by the staff to try to correct the issue which we didn’t even know existed. After they left it was not repaired we had to get dressed and use the facilities/bathroom in the dark. On our way to the airport we realize we left an important document behind. Of course we did! How could we not! We couldn’t see anything in the rooms. Within 24 hours I sent a detailed message to management of the property sharing both our appreciation for the good welcome and of frustration over the electrical fuse issue. They did not respond in a timely manner and only excused themselves that they tried to give us the best experience. I requested a refund the cost of the room based on the issues described above. I asked that they also refund us the money they charge to take us to the airport since we had to go back because we forgot something exclusively based on the lack of electricity and light which is a basic that this establishment should provide. They did not respond at all to my request. This place has great potential. I would have given it a 100% rating if only they showing a sense of compassion and understanding regarding the stress they put us in hours before our international flight back home.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sunset apartments exceeded our expectations! This is a family owned business and they really go above and beyond to make sure their patrons are taken care of. Fodas picked us up from the airport within 10 minutes and was very sweet in offering to stop so we could pick up food on the way to the hotel. We stayed for one night and Dinna and her husband took us back to the airport for only 10 euro. The room was clean and quiet and had fruit and bread and jam and coffee set up for breakfast. The hotel is located near the airport so we could occasionally see and hear planes but they were not loud enough to bother us at all. Highly recommend this sweet family fun hotel!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our check-in experience was fantastic. We were picked up quickly from the airport and given a thorough overview of all the available amenities. We only wish we could have stayed longer as the proximity to the airport would have made this the ideal base to explore Greece.
2.9 Mediocre
Cons: This place is in the middle of absolutely nowhere. Our taxi driver said that he feared for our safety letting us stay there and that he would urge any tourist to not stay. The pictures did not represent it at all and it was truly horrifying to pull up and see all of the abandoned surroundings.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Large family room, very well appointed and decorated. . Great location for the Acropolis, markets, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was great. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Cons: A bit noisy but ear plugs worked

Pros: Its a sweet hotel, clean, nicely designed, good location, very friendly service, Michael had good recommendations for us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the style and the location.
Cons: NA
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We saw the photo's of this boutique hotel when we booked the holiday and were very excited to stay here. We were not disappointed. It is beautiful - I am an interior design student and loved every bit of this hotel. The buffet style breakfast was very generous and tasty. There are very nice public spaces, where we sat and played cards and there is even a decompression room where we had showers after check-out. Michael is the star of this show and nothing is too much trouble for him. He arranged taxis for us and even a little tour for me to take some pictures for my blog. I don't know Athens that well (this was my second visit), but I would be surprised if there is a better location for a hotel. The restaurants right at the entrance is magnificent and there are lovely bars and cafes around the hotel.
Cons: Girls responsible for breakfast - come on girls! You work in such a lovely environment - give us a smile every now and again! Toilet in the room is not very private, but being married for 10 years, we managed to cope with it :-).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, special design and clean rooms with all facilities (Coffee machine etc)
Cons: There is a parking but It is not convenient to come with a car
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel have very good location, the Acropolis, the Plaka, and the market also available by foot (10-15 minutes). This looks like as a new hotel with nice staff and very good breakfast, we liked it.
Cons: There is 2 parking place near the hotel, one is not guarded and one is guarded. The problem was than we have to start the morning at 6.00 PM but the guarded parking place open from 10.00, so our car stayed on the street one night along. As we heard, the street is not a safe place for cars. The walls are very thin, you can hear the conversation of the neighbour very clear.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent, right in the heart of Athens and walking distance to the major attractions. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafes and an easy walk to bars with a view of acropolis at night.
Cons: The area is noisy due to its location and the room does little to dampen the noise. The hotel provided earplugs and the noise did not affect our sleep however it is worth knowing about the noise before you book.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel just a few minutes walk to the center. Very nice and helpful staff. Possibility to book a parking place just a few steps from the hotel. Breakfast excelent!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We found the hotel friendly and stylish.
Cons: Style and comfort.

Recommend it for all families coming to Athens. honestly best choice.
Cons: All was perfect and above expectation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The layout was great and had ample closets. A delicious breakfast was served in your suite's dining room to take advantage of the sunrise and sea views while relaxing in you pajamas. The rooftop bar added another special experience with its 360 views. The staff was also very attentive and helpful. Location felt safe and was a short walk or very affordable cab ride to explore the not so touristy areas.
Cons: Nothing everything was awesome!
Electra Metropolis Athens - Athens - Building
5
9.2 Excellent (5,583 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Electra Metropolis Athens, you'll be centrally located in Athens, steps from Syntagma Square and 5 minutes by foot from Hellenic Parliament. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Event facilities at this hotel consist of a conference center and meeting rooms. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
7.1 Good
Pros: The pool, the view during breakfast time (and pool time), the welcoming attitude of the short haired blond lady at the entrance of 10th floor, and the positive-helpful-funny attitude of one of the many concierges, a guy who has a beard. Apologies for not remembering the names
Cons: Breakfast is not a 5* stars hotel breakfast, choice is not wide, just the basics. The rest of the concierges are not welcoming, not very helpful, and have a supercilious attitude. Plus, on our day of check-out on Sept 1St, we were not allowed to have a late check out. So we stayed at the lobby, with no problem. My daughter was feverish, and I had to ask the bellman where is the closest pharmacy. No problem till now. But then comes a group of 20+ persons, Asians, with their guide, they sat in the lobby, extremely noisy, feet and shoes on the canapés, no problem until now, until their EXTREMELY NOISY AND CARELESS FOR OTHER GUESTS guide, started to present to them every single detail for their upcoming trip to the islands. More than one hour!!! I went to the concierges desk and showed disappointment, they did not do anything. After another half an hour, I had to go again to the concierges desk, blame them and the hotel rather than the Asians, because this is complete disrespect to all the other guests. I told them that they shouldn't have let this happen in the lobby of the hotel, and they should have planned to put them in a side room. And I threatened to put all this on Trip Advisor, which I will. Only then, they called the manager who asked the group and their not-appealing guide to move to another room. But it was quite too late after 1.30 hours. And I will sure not stay again in a hotel who doesn't respect and take care of the well-being of all its guests
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!!! It’s an outstanding hotel in every way!!!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The decor, the room are comfortable and fresh. The 10th floor was amazing. The pool, the restaurant and most important the breath taking view of the Acropolis. It never gets old. The decor the the hotel is wonderful. The front desk was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is truly a breakfast .The staff is friendly and efficient. All round fantastic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel at the very center of Athens! Very attentive and helpful personnel!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our room, the design of the property, the central location and the incredible views from their rooftop restaurant and pool area. Our favorite part of our stay was watching the sunset while having dinner on the rooftop, and enjoying breakfast there in the morning.
Cons: No complaints.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: New and feels cutting edge. Good location right in the heart of everything. A/C in the rooms works well on hot summer days.
Cons: The way in which the hotel is new and cutting edge feels like it was put together very quickly, and in a few years time won't be that nice. Showers seem to leak water all over the bathroom. Service at the restaurant/bar on the rooftop is mediocre.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic hotel near to downtown and everything available Staff are friendly
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, food, friendly service, comfort
Cons: Pool area could be bigger
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from the rooftop bar and restaurant was worth everything. Very modern hotel. Beautiful lobby bar area.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location. Very professional staff. Beautiful hotel, amazing rooftop view, great spa facilities, luxurious rooms/bathrooms (and spacious), clean
Cons: The rooftop restaurant is terrible! The view is incredible. The food there is as bad as it gets. Take in the view during the free breakfast; the meals they serve there at all other times is not worth paying for (it is disgusting, masquerading as "haute cuisine" The spa is nice but lacks any written guidelines to ensure guest tranquility. Letting children use the spa and having no rules relating to that can ruin the experience for other guests. Kids shouldn't be in the hot tub/heated pool area unsupervised. Nor should they be learning how to swim or doing water tricks. It's supposed to be peaceful. Children shouldn't ruin experience for other guests. We couldn't use sauna or steam room because it was overrun with young kids. I have no problem with children but the lack of any rules or restrictions as it pertains to the spa is really problematic at Electra Metropolis. as a result my enjoyment of facilities was extremely limited.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely comfortable and quiet room perfectly located for tourists near sites and amongst cafes bars and piazzas. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Cons: There is no pool.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at the Perianth Hotel twice in a week as we visited the Greek Islands in between our two stays. Early on the morning we took the Ferry to the Islands so we were missing breakfast, Athena at reception organised for us a breakfast bag each to take on the Ferry I was so impressed with her this was a beautiful caring touch. I would truly recommend this hotel the staff were extremely helpful and nice, and the location was just perfect walking distance to the Acropolis and lots of great cafes, shops and restaurants.
Cons: There was a very small amount of mould in the shower recess, which given all of their other facilities were excellent that was disappointing and let them down. Nothing to change my mind about staying there again though.

Cons: Awful balcony views, too much foliage on balcony wall
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location was convenient (5 min walk to Acropolis Museum).
Cons: I was disappointed with the hotel. The furniture is old, the bathroom as well (the face towels were just bad... old, overused, and just bad)... it needs renovation and a major uplift if it wants to stay a Design Hotel. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Pros: The view was beautiful.
Cons: I booked the King guest room for 3 people. On arrival the room was set up for two people, towels, cups, toiletries etc we advised reception on our way out to dinner that we required another towel etc however we never received these meaning that 3 adults had to use 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels between us. There was an extra bed put into the room which appeared to be a childs bed. The balcony door was broken and did not close which meant the traffic noise was bad. All in all the experience left a lot to be desired.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great stay overall
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room is small but very comfortable. The room is very modern, very hi-tech. Everything is controlled by a tablet, from air conditioning and lights to the television, which even had a channel in my language (Portuguese). The location of the hotel I found a bit dangerous, but I may be wrong. The hotel has a 24-hour cafeteria, which I found very good. I recommend!
Cons: The location I found it a bit bad. But the hotel is very new, I think it was just over 1 year old when I stayed in September 2019.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast lots of variety. Staff were very helpful and welcoming and really helped with destinations we were interested in. The place was close to public transport. Upon arrival you are greeted with smiles and a refreshing drink. The room was very modern and very clean. Highly recommend.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great bed. Very clean. Wonderful rooftop terrace, but bar closed, which was a pity. Had to bring drink from groundfloor bar. Thanks everyone!
Cons: Desk staff bit offhand sometimes. The people who checked me in and out were lovely. As was the woman who recommended a restaurant. The others were ok, but no smiles or greeting.

7.1 Good
Pros: Clean and comfortable room. And breakfast was okay.
Cons: Hotel name implies some smart things to happen. In general it caused only annoyment to us. Tablet didn't work therefore the air conditioning system could only be operated via the reception. Light switch right above the bed gives you "nice" blue light throughout the night. Location is central, but many side streets have problems with homeless people. Not nice to walk around in the evening and night.

Cons: It is not possible for an hotel like this to wait more than one hour at the check in
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Bed are the worst, location far away from the center. In the end not worth the money
Cons: Beds
7.9 Good
Pros: I liked the location but it is far from main sights, room size was good, the bed comfortable
Cons: it looks old ,it needs renovation, broken items in the room ( furniture, kettle ), dirty carpet in the corridors
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was not really walkable to the Plaka but metro was walkable for us (68 y.o.) and taxis are readily available. Good restaurants are around the corner. Breakfast was very good although buffets like that are busy and not especially relaxing . Concierge was great and they upgraded our room on the last night so that we didn't have to change rooms before our cruise which was departing on the last day of our stay. Great views from our room and an outdoor balcony accompanying our suite.
Cons: Thought it was a little pricey although we booked an executive suite because we like the extra space. The executive lounge (free drinks and snacks) was in the main lounge in the lobby which seemed odd and it sometimes seemed like we were being too forward asking for it. Wish is were a separate, quiet space on another floor. Some of the appointments in the room could use a lift (curtains which sagged, nicks in the wood furniture made some of it look worn, etc).
7.9 Good
Pros: Rooftop bar and view, proximity to dining and beaches.
Cons: I expected more comfort at the executive room level.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Facilities are great; staff extremely professional and helpful; excellent value. Good location, walkable to tourist areas but also in a non-touristy area itself which is a nice change of pace
Cons: Hotel is quite dated in parts
10.0 Excellent
Pros: To be honest, " Everything" !!! The roof top pool was extra special as were the staff . Food was Devine.
Cons: Enjoyed Everything!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the hotel was clean, spacious, and luxurious. When a fan was making noise during the middle of the night, the concierge offered us another room for the night so we could sleep. excellent service!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice amenities. Spa. Pool. Dining options. Staff was friendly.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staff. Pool on roof top terrace is amazing! breakfast very taste.
Cons: It was too cold in the conference rooms. Breakfast could have included a few more vegan options.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: I was on a tour. The first night was on me. very good room and this extended to second night. Off i went on the tour and returned for last night. This room was very small and nothing like the first night. There was painting and construction on floor and we had to pass through this to get to the room. The hotel did call to let me know about the length of work and offered a new room. I was too tired to move. They did send up a lovely tray of fruit and bottle water. I think the size of the room was picked by the tour not the hotel. The staff was great.
Cons: The business center. Not personal at all. I walked in asking about the getting a boarding pass. The lady pointed to the computer. I explained that I was not knowledgeable about computers. I was told to key in my airline and follow instructions. No help. She was not busy. I guest I look like a tourist and not a business person.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our family enjoyed the rooftop pool as a wonderful break from sightseeing, and the included breakfast far exceeded expectations !!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location and breakfast on the roof top
Cons: All good
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location. Lunch in restaurant was excellent. Tea and coffee in foyer at 6am check out. Great view of the Acropolis.
Cons: Very small outdoor pool. Very standard breakfast-not a 5star breakfast in my world.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best locations in Athens, in Plaka. Everything is just minutes away. The hotel has everything you can ask for: a private parking in the center of Athens, a rooftop swimming pool with an amazing view on the Acropolis, a great breakfast on the roof top, a spa and an indoor pool. The room was big (we were upgraded to a junior suite) and the bed was exceptional. For us, one of the best options in Athens.
Cons: The interior design is what it is: not really modern, with old style and dark furniture. Not really to our taste, but still great quality and not old. Personnel is rather nice and helpful, but has this tendency to "manage" customers and be quite directive. I am getting old, so I tend not to like that anymore.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We had an amazing 2 nights stay in this impeccable 5 star hotel. The suite we stayed on the 7th floor offers unparalleled view of the Acropolis /so close you feel you can reach it by hand/. The outdoor swimming pool /overlooking to the Acropolis too/ along with the excellent cocktails served poolside makes the whole experience surreal. Sophistication characterizes not only the establishment but the clientele as well. Will return-rather soon.
Cons: Just a minor omission: mineral water should be definitely included in the breakfast. At this level complimentary bubbles would be not unusual too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is absolutely briliant; we were in Athens only 2 days but the location ensured we could visit everything withing walking distance. The pool has the most amazing view, cocktails tast so much better overlooking the acropolis.
Cons: Would have prefered a seperate shower instead of a bath, but this is a minor detail.
7.4 Good
Cons: I had a noisy room on the street.
7.1 Good
Pros: Great location for sightseeing and dining. Fantastic rooftop pool and views.
Cons: Hotel reception seemed to have a sickly fragrance circulated in it from the air con. Our room could have been less of a corridor seeing as we booked back in February! Perhaps because of the amount of organised tour parties they get the better rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. The little "extras" in the bathroom were very much appreciated. The room was small but very well decorated with a cute bathroom and a great little balcony with the view of the Acropolis. We were in room 611 and thought it was perfect. Oh yes there's a great rooftop restaurant where I had a very tasty cheeseburger as they were only serving snacks at the time we were there and there's a lovely pool and bar on the 4th floor. Breakfast which was included was great with lots of variety. If I'm ever back in Athens, I would definitely stay there again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location, the room, the service, the views...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service was impeccable, food was delicious, especially upstairs on the rooftop. Killer view. Oh, and the mattress and bedsheets are of high quality - you'll sleep very well.
Cons: The wifi is kinda slow, shower design will leave your floor soaked
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Convenience and courtesy of staff. Location.
Cons: A/C would not cool down below 25^C. Not enough shaded areas by pool.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was very good; perfect amount of choices
Cons: It is a small boutique hotel, but that's why I liked it!
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast just ok. The conservatory room is a nice setting and has a good feel, however, the Gentlemen attending to the service were more interested in speaking amongst themselves than offering service to customers.
Cons: Change the toilet brush in rooms, Disgusting!!!!
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast, location
Cons: Pillow too big
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Professional and very nice staff. Very clean and nice rooms. Excellent location.
Cons: The door of the balcony was not properly closing. One bulb at the room was not working. The rest was good.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff very friendly, lovely clean room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location - 12 minute walk to Arcopolis and next to a fun tiki bar. The rooftop restaurant has a beautiful view of Arcopolis and the food is excellent. Room is very nice!
Cons: Slightly small room but okay for two people.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location is great for a short stay. The view from the restaurant at night is quite lovely of the acropolis. Food and service in the restaurant is very average. Breakfast was nice. Room was extremely small but comfortable.
Cons: We asked the staff to order us a taxi to the airport and they were hopeless. Really frustrating to deal with and had no empathy.
7.9 Good
Pros: The breakfast was great, nice fresh food... staff at the reception friendly and helpful
Cons: Our room was very small...(but the bathroom was nice and spacious)...also very early in the morning (7am, in order to be at the Acropolis at around 8am) there was not enough free tables to have breakfast...(and the breakfast is supposed to start at 7am) so had to share one...with not so friendly American couple who tried to push in...and I was the first one there already waiting for a table with a plate full of food...the stuff didn’t seem to handle the situation well
6.3 Good
Pros: Location is great, very close to Acropolis and Plaka area. Toilet however would not stop flushing and had to be jiggled to stop it. Overheard another person at reception desk complaining of same thing in their room.We were unable to check in any earlier than advertised all other hotels on our trip were able to accommodate this by an hour or 2 and also took our bags up to our room . Hera did not. Room very small and when asked for an ironing board it was almost unusable. A bit disappointed compared to other hotels on our trip.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff at the Hera is wonderful!!!! Always knowledgeable and helpful. The location is perfect as it is walking distance to the Acropolis and museums. Very safe neighborhood with fine restaurants only a few doors from the Hera, as is the Metro station which is the cleanest subway that I have ever seen. If you go to Athens, you MUST stay at the Hera!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The position of the hotel was perfect and so close to the Acropolis.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The property was clean and spacious anything you needed the staff went out of their way to help. I would recommend anyone visiting Athens to stay at Wyndham
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The locations was conveinent to the train station and had many options for dining very close. An airport shuttle was also available and arranged which we used and appreciated. My questions were answered very quickly by the hotel staff prior to the trip.
Cons: The locations was a little to far the walk to the main tourist locations in Athens - this is not the hotels fault - just a short cab ride away.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was very courteous. The view from the rooftop of the acropolis was amazing!!
Cons: When we got to the room, the water in the shower was cold and the sinks were clogged. However, the staff immediately relocated us to a better room, so I liked how they promptly handled the situation in order to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location only
Cons: The staffs were not friendly and they didn’t help , and the room was very small
7.9 Good
Pros: COMMUNICATION , CARING
Cons: I WISH I WAS IN THE WYNDHAM GRANT, i guess it was newer and nice surrounding as well, residence was good but just en-handler.s trash dumb was in front of the building, little cleaner would have better . overrall staff was nice . Lina was the most amazing person , she went above and beyond
6.3 Good
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: The shower head was a little bit clogged and the seal of the shower compartment door was not OK (what was causing floodage of the bathroom everytime that I was taking a shower). Additionaly, the main door of the room entrance was with its casing damaged and the pillows of the bed were too high (what gave me a stiff neck for more than 1 day).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was so friendly and accommodating, they let us check in late and check out late and gave us an incredible free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons: No ironin room
7.5 Good
Pros: Bathroom Balcony The view
10.0 Excellent
Pros: super nice staff, excellent breakfast, clean room and comfy bed. I liked the idea of the gift for the guests. There is a roof pool and bar and a taverna on the beach just in front, a big supermarket and the bus stop from the airport and to downtown just out of the door.
Cons: couldn't leave the balcony door open as the air conditioning was too noisy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall the hotel is super clean, the staff is helpful and polite. The rooms are immaculate and daily cleaning and towel change made the stay extra luxury. The sea view was great. You can adjust the room temperature yourself. It's good to have a fridge in the room especially for the hot days. You can either purchase the drinks from the fridge or keep the ones you have bought yourself from the supermarket (there is one right next to the hotel and a kiosk on the other side of the road). Rooms are not that big, but big enough for sleeping and have your stuff around. There are big closets to fill with your stuff. The breakfast is great with all it's variety: toast, bread, cheese, huge variety of sweets, fresh veggies and fruits, yogurt, pancakes, bacon and eggs and some other hot food etc. and everything is delicious and fresh! It was a great way to start the day. We didn't eat the food in their own restaurant except the club sandwich and Cesar salad and they were very tasty and fresh. The roof top pool bar was nice, a little bit too small and crowded for some of the days, when there were some big groups staying. It's great that you don't have to carry your own towel around and you can borrow from the hotel. It was lovely to go just upstairs and have some sun and take a dip in the pool. Thank you waitress Emma for delicious mojitos and your service! There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel so if you come straight from the airport just take the airport bus X96 to Piraeus and stop at EDEM. And if you want to go to the center of Athens you can take a bus B2 or go by tram which also has a stop right in front of the hotel. So everything is close and reachable. And for the sun worshippers, besides the pool upstairs there is a beach right in front of the hotel. If you want to have a sun bed it costs 5 euros and it includes the towel and water so you don't have to go very far from the hotel, if you don't want to.
Cons: Since we paid a lot of extra to get a room with a sea view, it was a huge disappointment when we arrived to our room (605) and realized that the view is only partial and most of the view was only the wall, the busy road and the boats. We made a complain about it and we got a room as we wanted after two days. Then the room (503) was perfect! On our last day we also got another room (211) for late check out as a gift to get our showers and rest since our flight was after 9 pm. That was very good thing since we arrived to our home next day 6 am. In the bathrooms the water is easily flooding so the feet towel was soaking wet every day. In room 503 the hot and cool water were working the opposite. In our "shower room" 211 the shower door didn't even stay closed. So I guess some of the showers need fixing a bit. And since the hotel itself is very clean and staff is polite the service at the beach is really a big disappointment! We visited there only twice. First day we had to wait 20 minutes to get any service. My husband asked towels from a grey bearded man standing at the "beach desk" and he didn't even look at my husband and told us just to wait. When we were leaving the same man was hurrying to help another Greek man though when he was complaining about broke sun beds. Otherwise he was just standing there looking important. Next day we went to the beach since the girl at the pool bar was serving only a Greek lady and made space for her even though we were already waiting there free sun beds. At the beach we got faster service than the other day but the beach boys were just hanging around at the beach desk and listening very loudly some horrible gangsta rap which made just your blood pressure high. The beach itself needs a lot of cleaning. There are trash around, the sunbeds need some fixing (most of them are broken or worn out) or need washing as well as the tables.

Pros: Great rooms, very comfortable, large and clean. The swim pool is very nice with a bar located near. The beach is 5 minutes walking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: When you pull up outside the hotel you immediately can see it looks a lovely hotel. The staff on arrival were very friendly, very welcoming and very helpful. It is spotlessly clean and air conditioned throughout. It is very close to a lovely beach and just a short walk away from shops and lovely restaurants. We had breakfast included and it is one of the nicest buffets we have had. The variety and the quality and presentation of the food was excellent. It has a lovely pool which has an attendant at all times (George was his name, always there to help, nothing too much trouble) complete with showers and toilets by the pool which is very useful. The food from the menu was excellent too. Lots of variety of drinks to choose from the bar. ALL of the staff is to be commended. Excellent hotel! A big thank you to everyone who made our holiday perfect!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Our family room was great. Think this was an upgrade on what we expected. We were really happy with our room and the hotel in general /D
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were huge and the pool was great. Gets sun most of the day
Cons: Could have done with some drawers and some hooks in the room. Overall a great stay and perfect location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very attentive from the moment we arrived. We booked a two bedroom suite and it was so much bigger and comfortable than we had imagined. Very modern and clean. The pool and bar/restaurant was fantastic. It was a very short walk to all the great shopping in Glyfada and close to many public beaches - one was just down the street. We had a car and was easy to get everywhere but there is also a metro stop right down the street. A wonderful stay for our family travels!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a very spacious modern family two bed apartment with sitting room. The beds were extremely comfortable and the was air con in all three rooms. There is a swimming pool with a life guard and a restaurant and bar. The service was excellent, we enjoyed our stay very much. Glyfada beach and shops are a five minute walk as is the tram stop.
Cons: Nothing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great outside bar, helpful staff and good food.
Cons: Concrete tiles around the pool are hard work on your feet.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our room was fully-refurbished, modern, spacious and functional. The staff at the reception were really friendly and accommodating. The location was also very convenient - a short 5 minutes walk from the centre of Glyfada.
Cons: There is no parking and guests need to leave their cars on the public street, just outside the hotel. This was not a problem for us as we visited in August, when Athens is relatively empty of people, but, I imagine it could be an issue when the city runs in its normal busy rhythm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was excellent, room was modern and clean. The location of the hotel is awesome close to the tram and bus line. Local beach was greet and only a 6min tram ride to Voula beach.
Cons: Nothing
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing I did like,it was old hotel, my advice it should be changed entirely. *I will not recommend it for anyone of my friends at all.
Cons: 1. I left my own white towel and the room-service cleaner collected it as theirs. 2. The air-conditioning was horrible I set 19 Celsius degree and didn't come through as well as I set it up, all the time the room was hot, the air-conditioning must be replaced as the main device in each room of this hotel. 3. Noisy place... all the time via motorcycles which were ran nearby the hotel location,(I couldn't sleep well).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facilities, location & staff are excellent. I just used public transport and it was world class!
Cons: The traffic noise from my balcony was distracting during peak hour.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved this hotel. We stayed a total of six nights over three weeks . We came to Greece for a wedding on one of the islands. Our suitcases were kept safely for us, and each time we returned we were welcomed back in genuine Greek style- with real warmth . The entire team are obviously hand picked and well trained, staff are happy and kind, and super professional . The rooms are well appointed and True to description . Our balcony was really a terrace, complete with sofa, table and chairs. Breakfast was the best we had in Greece, so fresh and delicious , enormous variety of delicacies , catering to all tastes, extremely generous , we rate it five stars. You can take breakfast on the balcony adjoining the dining room, it’s fabulous. We also had dinner in the restaurant , it was superb and highly recommended . We loved the reception area, staff at the desk were always guest focused, the sofas were so comfy to sink into after a long day, the excellent air con and mineral water was so appreciated . We loved the vicinity with it’s wonderful, authentic shopping - we bought great things at Fotsi just two minutes away- genuine herbs and spices, olive oil soap, huge cinnamon sticks, etc. It was also interesting to walk through the markets nearby. We really preferred being away from the main square ( just a few minutes walk)and felt absolutely safe at all times . We’d like to thank the entire team for making our stay extra special - Marie, Christina, Naya, Havil, Anastasia, Andrei, Elena, Anastasia # 2. Sorry for ant misspellings , you are all just lovely.
Cons: We really enjoyed all aspects of this hotel and couldn’t fault it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The included breakfast was the best we’ve experienced in Europe. Both hot and continental options were available. The bed was also very comfortable.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and very tasty. Location was ideal for us, just far enough away from tourist central and close enough for local flavor; metro and hop-on-hop-off very close. Room was large and comfortable. The staff were all amazing, very helpful.
Cons: I traveled with my parents. My main, minor complaint is with the quality of the towels (small, thin) and toiletries (not brand name), both of which should be top-notch for a 5-star hotel. We were also in town during a beer festival, which was across the street and crazy loud until 1 am. I switched rooms after the first night, much better; my thanks to the hotel staff for making this possible. The tub is also oddly laid out, with the shower head in the middle (if you stay there you'll see what I mean). My parents' experience was not great. Their fresh towels smelled badly on multiple occasions, and the hotel's response was that they were very busy (?). But the real problem was the lock on their door. Several times they had to get their room re-keyed, and on the morning of our check-out their lock completely failed and they were locked out of their room. This was stressful as we had a flight to catch. After at least a half hour the staff literally broke down the door so they could get in. Not really the hotel's fault, but they should have been more pro-active with the lock, and provided some better compensation for the distress (they did comp our taxi to the airport, but I think they should have credited at least one night, especially since were were there for seven nights).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is fantastic! The room was very nice, very clean, and very comfortable. The hotel restaurant has fantastic food, and the location of the hotel is wonderful, walking distance to basically everything! A very good value for the money. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful in every way!!!

Cons: Not one thing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The great part of this place is also the location. The top sights are within walking distance hence we didn’t need to use any kind of local transportation. Also a lot of great dining options around. Would definitely stay here again.

7.1 Good
Pros: There was a very friendly welcome and the position of the hotel couldn't be better.
Cons: The TV service was very limited. We expected a movie or two. The shower system seemed a bit of a challenge with the rain shower wetting the whole area leading to the bathtub, then didn't drain very well. For the price we paid we expected better.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here because of location. However everything bar the prices where first class. As with most Accor hotels who have monopoly at airports it’s not cheap. Very handy also to metro to Athens
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great facilities. Perfect for an early flight the next day out of athebs
Cons: It’s very expensive due to the convenience to the airport. Dinner option was 35 euros for a buffet that did not taste like Greece at all

Pros: Beautiful luxury hotel. Perfect for our short stay between flights. Spa was great and had the best manicure I’ve ever had!
Cons: The room was amazing however we had a cot so it was a little small for the cot.
5.4 Okay
Cons: I was very disappointed with my room having stayed at digital trice previously this year. I was put on floor 2 and it was horrible Not at all up to standard expected or price paid They couldn’t move me snd it was not handled well at all. Very disappointed after two previous stays.

Pros: Everything. The room & facilities were excellent.. Great customer service.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Literally steps from the airport which was why we selected it because we had a late flight coming in and a morning flight the next day. The room was super comfortable and the included breakfast very good.
Cons: The price! We had little choice as it was last minute since we had a family emergency but there were only executive rooms available so it was about 5 times what I normally choose to pay.
7.1 Good
Pros: Right in front of airport
Cons: The hotel is quite old and no different from a four-star stay in my experience. Monopoly so we have no choice but to stay in such an expensive hotel since there is no more reasonable alternatives

9.1 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. They catered to our every need. Greeks have a true sense of hospitality. Even though it's an older building, they have kept up with improvements. Modern shower, a/c, tv, breakfast for 6 euros.
Cons: Piereus is a working class, gritty port town. Don't expect the neighborhood to wow you. Nonetheless transport and uber actually work! Get out and see Athens, or take a ferry to the islands.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great for getting to Piraeus port
Cons: Rooms are quite small, but fine for one night
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel for transit to the islands because it's close to the Piraeus port, about 15 minutes walking or 5-10 minutes by taxi (depends on the trafic). The room was clean and big enough for a 2 stars hotel. Staff is friendly and helped us with useful info about Acropolis and Piraeus. I liked the small elevator. If you are in hurry and need a taxi, take into account that can take some time to arrive (10 - 15 min), depends again on traffic conditions. Ask at the reception to book in advance.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Concierge helpful and friendly
Cons: Bigger shower
7.1 Good
Pros: The receptionist was lovely, the room was quiet and the beds were comfy.
Cons: It was a little further from the port than I initially thought, and walking through the streets at night to get there didn’t feel entirely safe. Plus the lift/elevator was minuscule! My friend and I plus 1 small suitcase and 2 small backpacks could hardly fit and still close the door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: As a continental breakfast it was very good.
Cons: If there was an option for a full breakfast.
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff very kind and helpful Confortable bed, nice room overall Quieter street compared to the other cheap hotels in the surrounding area Good value for the price Close to the port
Cons: Weak isolation from the corridor and the external cooling systems (I didn't use it at night though, but you still hear the noise if other people do). So the quietness depends a lot on your neighbors, I had to put earplugs sometimes. With some isolation renovation the hotel will be great.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very friendly, helpful and respons very quickly to your questions!
Cons: A little retro and smoking is allowed in the hotel. I don’t smoke and woke up from the smell of smoke. Yuk.
