Pros (+) They did a nice job of updating some of the common areas and had a very nice indoor recreation area with table tennis, a pool / jacuz and mini golf. The staff was nice and helpful.
Cons (-) They need to update the HVAC system. Even though the outside wasn't Houston or DC humid, the room was very damp including making the carpet feel wet.
