The staff is friendly and hotel is located near the Sentral city. The breakfast is beyond good with the smiling stuff makes even better.
The only thing I can think of is that you can’t get anything during the night time like snacks or soft drinks otherwise everything else is beyond good.

Breakfast was out of this world! Lots of choices (also gluten- and/or lactose-free). No wonder it won a number of prizes
Dust and nuts (dangerous for dogs!) under the bed, lipstick stain on a mug, some mould in the bathroom. Also towels for one person only instead of two (this was remedied after a while, though). Beds soft but a bit springy. Early morning noise from a lorry.
