Pros: The staff absolutely makes this hotel. Of the many hotel stays I've had, this staff was THE BEST. They went above and beyond!
Cons: This should be a mute point, since they're remodeling so this will be taken care of shortly: but the carpets were very gross. Made our feet black walking on them without socks/shoes. But - they're remodeling, so now problem soon!
