Nissan Versa NotePros: The car was comfortable, had cruise control, was in great condition and made our trip easier. We got a good weekly deal on the car that made it easier to pick up and return as well. Staff was courteous and added on AAA benefits to reduce our rate after booking as well.Cons: Really don't have anything to complain about with this rental!

Not a great car for the moneyPros: It was cleanCons: It was not a very nice car considering I reserved a larger car. It had no power. And in that catagory I have gotten much nicer vehicles.

Great rental experiencePros: Car was clean. Was not the Toyota I was expecting but it was okay. Staff was polite and helpful.Cons: Would have liked SiriusXM and GPS. Next time will ask.

Bait and SwitchCons: Rented a car at AMA airport thru Kayak. You booked a reservation in downtown Amarillo. Hertz stuck it to me to get at the car at AMA airport instead of downtown ($200/ day). Will never use Kayak again.

Never againPros: Nothing I never even got to look at the carCons: They let me make a reservation that they never intended on letting me pick up. They were rude , and I never even got to see the car. They took my money and made their wexcuses. I'm disgusted, and will never use them

No shuttle to airport.Pros: They don't provide shuttle service to airport but they provided assistance when I asked.

Cons: I thought I was renting from airport. When It turned out I wasn't there was no option but to throw away the prepaid reservation. Hertz were completely unsympathetic so I rented at a different supplier.

It started off roughPros: Decent car, very cleanCons: The rental process was flawed, at best. Because I was dropping off at another location, they wanted to put me into a standard car, but my rental was for a full size car. Further, the rental agreement had to be filled out by hand, and customers were queuing behind me, impatiently. The rental agent had to call a manager at home, because he didn't know how to rent the vehicle, because it was a manual agreement and I was returning to another location.
