Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access attractions. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, contributing positively to their stay. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting clean rooms while others reported issues such as dirty towels, stained mattresses, and leftover items from previous guests. Room size and bathroom arrangements were often mentioned as small or awkward, especially in basement rooms, but some guests still found them comfortable enough for short stays. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location and service, though there are areas for improvement in maintenance and cleanliness.
