Free wireless Internet throughout the hotel. Monitors at the hotel entrance show real-time airport departure information.
The business suite was very nice: great bedding, spacious. The staff were helpful. The lobby had electrical and usb outlets.
My room was in a construction zone accessible only by stairs!! And construction resumed right outside in the morning. They shouldn't put people there, or should start construction later in the day. I also found it a little odd that there would be no usb jack in a business suite.
Superb location, friendly and attentive staff, clean and comfortable. A very good value.
People at frontera desk were really helpful, nice bar área rooms are modern and comfortable
Gorgeous interior in the heart of the old city. Breakfast was incredible and sumptuous. Staff are warm, friendly, and attentive. Location is fantastic.
1. Heating was a major problem. 2. Parking is a nightmare. 3. Shower hot water not as hot as it should be. 4. Complimentary coffee in the lobby area is absent, though one can pay EUR 2-2.50 for a cup. Should be gratis. Once this is attended to, this will be able to achieve deserved greatness.
Great Location, nice facilities in the rood, good staff, very nice in general
The waitress in the reastarant was once high :) Breakfast is too expensive.
Very good location; in the centre, but in a calm street. I liked the canal view from my room. Very good shuttle service to the airport.
I needed someone to explain me how to switch on the central switch in order to have all electric appliances (including the lights) to work. It should be either connected to the opening of the door or made more clear. There was something strange with the pipes of the tap in the bathroom.
situation géographique et le hall
This is the list of the main bad points :
The location is very good. Located in the heart of Amsterdam, there are many adventures to find that are just a short walk away.
The price of the breakfast was a bit too much, the rooms were already expencive enough to include breakfast.
I did not get a wakeup call on one day, even though I requested one. Date: July 28,2007
Quality, comfort and cleanliness of room, and the great staff attitude.Great stay, many thanks
Room and location good, good hall service
Bar was very bad - dark, dingy decor and dreadful service - I walked out.The restaurant was overpriced and the service poor (head waiter knows nothing about wine and dispersed informaion that I know to be untrue
Convenient location, friendly staff
