Overview

The Singel Hotel Amsterdam sits directly next to one of the most famous churches in Amsterdam, the Koepelkerk, and is made of three beautifully renovated homes dating to the 1600s. Set right along the Singel Canal, the hotel is easily one of the most picturesque imaginable. It is an easy walk to the Amsterdam Central Station, Anne Frank’s House, the Multatuli Museum, Body Worlds, the Sexmuseum, Royal Palace Amsterdam, Dam Square, the Rembrandt House, the Van Gogh Museum, and much more. There is stunning shopping within a few hundred feet at Haarlemmerstraat and Bijenkorf, and the Schiphol Airport is only seven miles away.

Though the three historic buildings merged to make the hotel retain their antique charm, there are many modern amenities and services available to travelers staying on the premises. Guests will enjoy a lavish morning buffet each day of their visit, as well as the 24-hour reception, luggage hold service, quaint hotel bar, room service options, laundry and dry-cleaning services, bicycle hire, tour desk, and surprisingly helpful umbrella lending service!

The 32 rooms in the hotel vary quite widely and include “Amsterdam’s Smallest Room” as well as triple rooms gazing out on the canal. Each room – no matter the size – will have a hot beverage system, entertainment system, free Wi-Fi, desk or sitting area, and a large and private bath.

Utterly charming and perfectly located for a visit to the city, the Singel Hotel Amsterdam offers an unforgettable spot to stay whether it is for a business visit or holiday.
