Pros (+) Very friendly staff, good location and value.
Cons (-) Bedding, including mattress and pillows are uncomfortable. Pillows have little support. Toilet paper was low in quality. Only half the buttons on the microwave actually worked.

Cons (-) The problem was that as soon as anyone turned on the water, ran the shower or flushed the toilet the walls would move, extremely loudly! Like wake you up from sleep.. you heard everything.. including the downstairs neighbors pre-gaming for BlizzCon.. only good thing was the pizza place down the street. Not worth the price at all!

Pros (+) The price for the hotel is a lot lower than most I think in the area. Main reason we came here. Close to the park too just cross 3 streets lights and you’re there. Perfect for my bday. Will be back again and again!! Clean rooms.

Pros (+) It was close to Disneyland, can catch the ART bus line from out front. Staff was very friendly. Also clean!! Was reasonable price considering most of the time was spent at the parks.
Cons (-) The beds were the worst. Very very hard and creaked every time you moved. Was disappointed after a long day at Disney.

Cons (-) No breakfast as listed online, beds were too firm, not enough wash cloths provided, not enough drawer space for more than 2 people

Pros (+) They were great and friendly. They were able to get us early check in with no problems. The rooms are very spacious and nice looking. The neighborhood was great as well. Many restaurants are only at a driving distance.
Cons (-) The rooms are equipped with mini fridges and ours didn't quite seem to work, but it wasn't even really a problem since we didn't use it and we didn't bother telling anyone.

Pros (+) Loved that it was located about 10-15 minute walk from Disneyland entrance. Lots of restaurants close. Starbucks is right next door. The Disneyland fireworks show is 100% viewable from the hotel. No need to stay at the park late to see it. I usually stay in higher priced hotels, so this was a 'stretch ' for me to book this place. I was skeptic. However, I was pleased with the room. It's not fancy ...
Cons (-) I wish they had and iron and ironing board in the room. However, they did have a frig, microwave, hairdryer, and coffee maker. The towels are extremely cheap quality and feel a little like sand paper. Lol.

Pros (+) They remodeled all the rooms and they look amazing! Really nice place to stay and the manager was great. Really great for the price!
Cons (-) Beds were a little stiff, not bad though. We could also hear the people next to us being very loud.
