The rudest manager I’ve ever witnessed. Liar employees that called to confirm my reservation the day before and when I got there my car was not there. The manager said I have no control over this when I asked who has control he said I’m the manager but I can’t control anything here and sent me away. He didn’t care and was making fun of another customer who wanted to pay cash with another employee right in front me. That store either needs to close down or the whole team needs to change because it’s ruining enterprise reputation. I would never rent from enterprise again because time is gold and I waisted 2 hours of my time that day driving to OC from LA. Bad business very bad!!!!!

That the inside of the car was clean and there was a full tank.

When you book a car online they have the car you booked not make you take a $2 a day upgrade when it was there fault for not having the car in the first place. Also they need to train there employees to take better care of the customers and not let them stand in the lobby waiting to be checked out while they wait check everyone else out. And they could have washed the car saying it rained the day before is no excuse to give me a dirty on the outside car.
I didn’t taken the car refund my money you busted you all fraudster including KAYAK the damage protection you give me it’s not acceptable in Budget they said to me and when he cancelled the car iam trying to get my refund but still I didn’t get my refund you all fraudster your place is in Hell.

I had the same clerk for drop off and pick up. Never smiled, didn't even try to be courteous. Didn't even look at the car during drop off, but was charged an additional $200 the next day. No email, no reason. How?
I booked a car but it wasn't there when i arrived - that was a little bit stressful. When i returned a few hours later to make sure the car was then cancelled, they had another car for me which i was very happy for. So a small bump in the delivery of the car, but over all a great experience

The car was great! Very clean and new and served our needs well. Drop off at the airport was quick and easy. Pick up took 45 minutes, was way too slow, and did not value my time.
Rented a Cargo Van had to wait due to no one had cleaned or gassed up the vehicle even though I was told it was ready. The van was very dirty inside and outside and couldn’t even see through the window.

This was our second car that we had to pick up on our trip, they thoroughly went over the vehicle, took photos, and were very quick and efficient. Very friendly staff, took time to make conversation. The location we went to had terrible customer service. Their website said they close at 4pm. We booked for a car pick up around 12 pm and I got to the location around 12:15pm. Come to find out they stuck a printed piece of paper on their door saying they close at 12pm. We did not receive a curtesy call saying they are closing early. No email from them either. When I got to the location, there were still employees inside that can clearly see me and another couple there who had a 12 pm pick up as well. No associate came to talk to us. No associate even acknowledged us. Later on we see them run out the back door really fast and lock up. I went up to someone to ask what was going on and all one of them said was “we are closed already.” Customer service was just absolutely terrible. Had there been better communication or at least a heads up that they planned on closing early, no one would have been upset but the way they handled everything was terrible and upsetting.

Anaheim branch doesn't offer after hours return which is very inconvenient. Hertz is also not able to change drop-off location for prepaid contracts. Only after calling them numerous times they offered me to change the location for an additional fee of $320.
