Close location to park. Reasonable cost
Construction. Rooms look dated. No self-coded safe provided in the room for valuables
Fun pool area, perfect for the kids. Comfortable beds, good shower
We paid for 2 days of parking nut when I asked if I could leave my car while we went to Disney they said it was an additional $15. So instead of walking across the street we had to drive to the park lot.
When we checked out of our room we had to pay $17 dollars to park for the day when had already paid over $300 to stay for 2 days. There were cars in the parking lot with courtesy warning on their cars that were parked for over 24 hours but they will charge a customer that has already been there and paid to stay there for parking
We had a severe medical emergency. The management and staff have been very helpful in a emotional difficult time.
Not much. They are remodeling. So it will only be better.
There was only one good manager in the office that made the trip a success, Thank You Ozzie
First: there was no mention of any construction during the booking. A new roof was being replaced with multiple construction trailers blocking the parking to our room. We called the front desk, we were told to share the parking with Tony Roma’s and no other room was available. First night at 12am Tony Roma’s parking lots fills with partiers and car thumping stereos. Second night, Tony Roma’s decides to clean its carpets with an industrial shop vac at 1am. We call the front desk, he won't help other than move us in the middle of the night. We called the police and they took care of it. The next day the day manager moved into a nice room for the next 2 days...never again...
Convenience to Disneyland
Did not ask for a handicap room and it was okay until I attempted to take my 6 foot body into the shower where the spray nozzle was about 5 foot off the ground.. I actually had to get on my hands and knees to wash my hair, face and upper 15% of my body!
It was close enough to the main entrance of theme park, alsoeasy to get to Honda Centre. Was clean and queen room spacious for 2.
The best of the motel was the location. It was close to Disneyland and you could go back to the room during the day if required. Close to other amenities as well.
walking distance to Disneyland
very small area for breakfast
The ease of access & central location to many of the shopping areas & eating houses was great. Also just across the road from the park & transport to LAX airport was important to me.
I thought the fixtures & fittings were looking worn, especially in the bathroom & shower area. I would still recommend the hotel but offer a cautionary note.
It's very very cross to Disney Land and easy to find a parking lot in the hotel. It's alos value of money. Thanks for their hospitality.
my whole family slept comfortablely in the rooms.
we slept in the family style room and the one room had no air conditionor and the other two did.
Someone backed into my new car, dented the front and didn't leave any information.
Very close to Disneyland. Great value for proximity
The beds were very comfortable and it is so close to everything.
The hotel is showing its age. Taps dripping, door keys not working - constantly.
