Got room update with extra 20 bulks. Room and the view is nice. Very good location, but very few orients in that area in Ankara, no malls or other modern facilities around. Bed is not comfortable, bad sleep...and breakfast could be with more variety.
Location Employees which do not really speak English.
I liked: the location, view from the 12th floor business suite, facilities in the room, hotel staff, relaxed atmosphere. Would prefer a little better quality food choice & presentation in the breakfast and better sound proofing of windows.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. I stayed in a Business Class room which was excellent - particularly liked the expresso machine! All you would expect of a good chain hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Good choice of Turkish foods for breakfast. I also appreciated the free internet access. No - everything was fine.
Good location for city sightseeing, the only international chain's hotel close to the old part of the city. One step from metro station that gives an easy access to shopping and entertainments areas. Very nice view from upper floor business class room. Very poor breakfasts for Radisson.
The location was ideal - close enough to the city centre however not too noisey around the area at night time.
Great hotel, great staff, convenient location to touristy things. One of our best free breakfasts while on vacation. Good washroom (enclosed shower). Comfortable bed. Price was very good for us. We liked it so much we booked a second night. There was some complaining online from others about seedy location BUT it was nice for us. We came in late at night a couple of times and it was not an issue. There are spots across the road that men drink coffee/tea/beer and smoke and talk but that's all it was., seemed innocent.
a bit expensive
Good position, in the central part of the city. Nice personell, good breakfast. My room had the windows to the street and it was pretty noisy because of traffic and horning.
Amid old city quartier. Walk distance to Citadel, Bazaar and so on. Many restaurant around. 20 min walk to Bus station (Havas) where airport bus available. Old quartier is not quite a chic place as usual in europe. It is relatively squalid.
Staff and particularly management is very helpful, excellent location, cleanliess of room and good price !
close to stores not enough english speaking staff
nice old hotel - very clean - good breakfast - good shower somewhat small room
Since Ankara is a fairly new city, I like the fact that this hotel is in the heart of the historic district and is near the Citadel and Anatolian Museum. It is also near to restaurants and shopping, although we didn't need that. The rooms were fine, the shower could use a curtain or door to keep the rest of the room from getting wet when showering, but it wasn't a big problem.
nothing much just an ordinary hotel yes there was no lunch or dinner
The clean room, the Internett access, the good breakfast and the helpfulness of the staff. The location also turned out to be good for my purposes. The room was a little bit too dark. I would have liked a reading lamp.
It is in the vecinity of the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations and in the centre of the town. There were no hot water and heater during 24 hours.
Good location of the hotel before transfer to Ankara ( ESB) Airport.
The hotel is within three minutes walk from the Museum of Anatolian Civilisation, has a splendid breakfast room and, conveniently, a subterranean garage. And: there are smoking rooms available. None of the staff speak any language but Turkish.
the politeness of the staff and their rediness to assist me i face the difficulties it is very difficult to communicate with people who do not speak english well
Staff is so kind.
