The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very big and clean with nice seating area and poolside bar. The breakfast buffet was large and nice food. All very clean in the dining area. The bathroom was very small.
Pool and garden nothing else. Old hotel , need renovation a.s.a.p , tv on the wall but to much high possition difficult. for 3 star hotel needs better furniture very poor.
Hotel staff excellent and hotel has a great pool
Arcudi is a nice little town with a small beach for swimming and relaxing. The hotel is operated by the owner of the Soulis Hotel who is extremely unfriendly. Rooms do not get cleaned in between nights. We would not recommend this hotel especially for the 65 euros the room was listed on booking.com.
Very relaxed, friendly and helpful.
Soulis Hotel offers you a really nice view over the local seaside. It's a charming little hotel with a nice bar and restaurant.
The beach is gorgeous , the pools are inviting and the landscaping/gardens are well taken care of. Also, the food is very good, considering the amount of people they have to cater for. The hotel should reorganise the procedure regarding the food service ! Although the food was very good, you are obligated to share your table with strangers and there should hotel staff serving the food, not self service,as each serving utencil must have been touched hundreds of time by the time you serve yourself.
Very nice environment, sandy beach, good cuisine, good sport and cultural programmes. The hotel is mainly visited by family with small children, so it might be noisy for couples who seek a quiet vacation. Elevators are rather small and you have to wait long for them. You have to share dining tables with others (tables with 8 seats).
The price of the table water was unspeakable: 2,80 euro per bottle?? Also the launch and dinning hours should be extended as the predefined range of two hours is not enough
It was a beautiful location. The beach had plenty of chairs and umbrellas!
Beautiful beach. Many facilities. Well organized gym and activities. You can never get bored. Extremely noisy. Rooms do not have any kind of sound isolation. I could hear everything from the rooms around. Many greek families with lots of noisy children. No chance at all to sleep beyond 7:30 in the morning. Though the buffet was of very good quality you couldn't enjoy any meal due to the noise and the lack of organization. Badly trained staff . It took them ages to clean up the tables.Bar was very expensive. we had to pay 2.80 euro for one littre of water . Ladies working in reservations very rood and non professional. NOT the place for people without children.
Very good hotel in comparison to what is standard in Greece. In fact, it sticks out a bit as a big city hotel in a countryside/beach setting. The staff was mostly very polite and well intentioned. Small details only and probably not worth taking seriously. Associated guest services are a bit too expensive for the setting. I'd also raise that this is not a beach location -- and the beach nearby isn't anywhere near the quality of the hotel so don't expect it to be.
Everything but the food Food
The staff were always very friendly and very obliging. The hotel was still suffering with teething problems when we went in September mainly due to the thunderstorms we experienced, but this did not affect the quiet and relaxed nature of the holiday. The pool was excellent and cleaned regularly. The food was 5 star quality with plenty of variation (you must try the apple pie). Rooms were very comfortable and stylish. Tsilivi has plenty of bars and traditional restaurants but the bars all have tv screens. which not everybody wants. The restaurant service was very good but the staff need 5 star training. Drinks prices at the bar were expensive. They need to lower them to get more people to use the bar especially during the evening when the bar was so quiet. There was a charge to use the indoor pool!
the service was very good and also the food was perfect.i the location
The only real issue was the awful smell that was coming from the bathroom. The reception staff said they would send maintenance to have a look but no-one actually made an effort to speak to us about it.This was a very big problem and l would not stay again at the hotel because of it.Also, l am in the travel industry and this is a very bad outcome.
locaton of the hotel was good.room very nice, and the food was excelent,a great trip.
everything!!!! The hotel is very beautiful, comfortable and nice... The stuff is excellent... And chef is the best!!!!
It is new. The owners are looking after the details of the business. No direct access to sea. You have to exit the hotel to get to the beach.
Service was 110%, Staff 110% it was clean and a very pleasent/new/nice hotel
Peaceful and quiet, decent location in resort and convenient for airport. Obviously very new and clean, food acceptable. Certainly not 5 star compared to northen europe, carribean or usa. Not enough pool towels, no wine glasses in restaurant, no red wine at cocktail bar, room toiletries and tea and coffee not checked. Only English tv news channels
Clean and nice rooms, polite personnel, close to Zakynthos center there was no parking
The staff is very nice and handfull.the location is great, the breakfast is good no vechtable.the hotel is clean.we will come back. everything is very good.but in breakfest no vechtable.
the hotel was quite and the staff was friendly. bathroom in the room
Friendly staff and nice room design
Management was there to help you 24/7 with anything you need and they were very accomodating. The location of the Hotel was also ideal for exploring the entire Island of Zakynthos.
The only thing that i liked was the view because we could see the sea, not a spectacular view but not something that you see every day. The bathroom was very bad, the walls had traces of mold making to be a strench of breathing. The room was quite small for a 4 star hotel.
Very professional check-in. Reasonable breakfast with good opening times. Internet access is free (even if notices in rooms need updating). Parking ok (restricted but we did not have issues in Aug). Stairs to access the hotel reception, also one of the rooms was very small. Breakfast could do with full size toaster working for non pre-sliced bread.
I liked the hotel. It was close to the beach and walking distance to everything including the square with all the outdoor bars at night. The room was comfy, had wi-fi, tv, a balcony with a sea view and we really enjoyed our stay. Not that I can comment on. The reception staff were very nice, wasn't too impressed with the bar person...but no big deal.
