Let's see... The room was dirty, yet the whole lobby and elevator smelled so strongly of cleaning products, that I actually felt faint on the 2 story ride up the elevator. The television didn't work - made terrible humming and was all squiggly. They didn't even have a shower mat, which is hazardous. They tried to make us check out because they had us in the wrong room. There was literally what appeared to be a piece of poop in the stairwell, which was not cleaned up during the two days we were there. The elevator barely worked. There was very little parking, the pool was disgusting, and that about sums it up.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. When my first room hadn't been cleaned yet, they moved me before I could even ask. My second room featured a carpet that smelled like urine, strong enough that I smelled it while lying in bed. A previous client's washcloth was still bunched up in the shower curtain. I wasn't charged extra for it, though!
Absolutely nothing Not clean. Even a little. I had to wipe down the hair in the bath tub. The room overwhelmingly smelled of smoke all weekend. In a non smoking room. Hair in the towels and pillows. Chairs had "human" stains not sure of what source. This was just disgusting.
Nothing. The hotel lobby, elevator and hallways smelled of death. The room smelled of death with a mix of smoke. The bathroom door wouldn't lock. The light over the sink was so dim you couldn't see yourself in the mirror so we used it as a night light. The pillow cases were all mixed matched. The entire experience was bizarre. Even the stains gave me the creeps, as if someone really had died in my room. Never again will I return.
Only pluses I could find were the location (near door to Six Flags) and the availability of trolley service to Globe Life Park and Cowboy Stadium, so we didn't have to pay for parking. Room had not been vacuumed; carpet was torn and stained; bathtub drain opener/closer was broken; entertainment center/dresser looked like it came from a garage sale; ice machine on our floor was out of order; elevator creaked and moaned; toilet seat was broken.
The best part was we were able to walk to the park There was a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower curtain rod and a towel with blood on it on the floor by the bathtub when we checked in...also, the rate I was promised on kayak was not the price I was charged (and no, it was not a taxes issue)....
1.They get you in and out quickly if you have a reservation. 2. Great food close by. 3. good access to freeways and amusements I eat a high protein breakfast - not here.
Refrigerator wasn't working Carpet was stained and patched Roaches
Convenience to freeway Needs a remodel badly
Location Needs remodeling
Dirty room, hallway smelly, bathroom old and small, breakfast hits 9:00 am and they literally pick up everything and take them inside, even with a room full of people without any advise and start shutting off the lights so you have no more option than leave.
Location - not walking distance to AT&T but can walk to six flags and Globe Park Terrible room. It was dirty, smelled, lacked basic amenities like hangers and the hotel could not make us a key our entire stay. That's right, we had a room but had to get hotel staff to let us into our room. Kind of ruins the point of having a private room if you have to get staff to let you in every time you go to store or run out for a bit. Their breakfast is supposed to run until 9:30, but at 9 AM they were picking up most of the breakfast - and remind you, we didn't get a key which didn't concern them but they were concerned that breakfast ended early. Avoid this hotel. I've stayed in plenty of low-cost hotels but this one truly deserves the title dump.
It was good I was a little worried at first but the rooms were clean and it was super close to all the attractions. I would stay again There was a 4.86 fee when checking in
The location Walking distance to Ball park. The staff at check in was not helpful. Bathroom light was out, Called to have it fixed took awhile and light still didn't work till following day. The bathroom had patch work. I left my phone and they could mail it to me of I sent them a prepaid envelope. I paid the cab driver an additional 30 dollars cash to bring it to airport with his next fare.
Very close to the airport, the only way I could sleep was with the tv on to distract from the plane noise and even then every time a plane took off it woke me up. There were bugs in my bathroom- certainly doesn't scream luxury. I ordered room service and called the front desk for a microwave safe plate- I had to go to the lobby to get it. They did not refill my coffee. The only good thing was the free wifi
The hotel room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of room. I would stay here again here in the future.
The room was clean and adequate for my needs. A little small and not luxurious but good for the price.
I liked how close it was to the Ball park stadium we were going to. He lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. She had a really bad attitude for no reason at all towards us. Very poor customer service!
Room was really nice and clean. Had everthing you needed for a nice comfortable stay. Location was good from where we were going. The front desk clerk seemed as if she was on her 24th hour at work. Looked extremely tired, wasn't friendly, and seemed as if she'd rather be home in bed.
The location couldn't be more perfect, right next to six flags, rangers ball park, at stadium, and hurricane harbor. Staff very friendly. Great value and experience over all. There was a weird smell in the room, part of the bed was broken.
Excellent service from guest attendant. I appreciated the arrangement of taxis for customers going to the game. Limited selection at continental breakfast. No coffee maker in rooms.
The value for my money was great! Rooms were much better than expected; clean and modern. Walls are pretty solid as I could faintly hear conversations in the hallway but not from the adjoining rooms. King bed was well made with clean linen; bathroom was a bit small but modern and functional. It took no time to get hot water. The location is well placed but sort of hard to find for anyone traveling to Dallas for the first time. Parking lot was adequate for a Thursday night stay but I can foresee parking issues on a weekend. The iron in the room is actually securely attached to the ironing board which made it very difficult to iron (and who would steal an iron anyway?). The ice machine (only one inthe hotel) is located on the third floor. Even though that isn't a showstopper, I felt it was worth mentioning.
Loved the price and location. Very friendly staff and clean rooms... Everything was great!!!
Staff, wifi, bed, cable, and A/C Smell of mildew in hallways and deadbolt to room didn't work
Great hotel. I have an older son and a three year old. This is the hotel for us. Slightly dirty bathroom and had to call for soap.
-We booked a King bed only to be told that the fine print says that it is subject to availability -The beds were very uncomfortable double beds. They sunk-in towards the middle and felt very worn. -The next door shower from the adjoining room was super loud early in the morning and woke us up -Our bathroom has a huge roach in it. I had to call the front desk twice to get them to do anything about it. Then, a supposed Manager came into the room with a towel and grabbed the pest only to say to us "Every guest has to pay its dues". There was no cleaning, no apologies and no restitution. Avoid this place.
Nice place and people The air conditioner would only go as low as 66 degrees, which kept the room warm with 4 people.
It was clean and nice . Breakfast was good. They gave our room away and put us in a handicapped room.
Quiet large rooms. Close to everything we asked for. Very friendly and helpful staff
The front desk allowed us to check in early. The room was too cold when we arrived.
I liked the fact that they had a complimentary shittle service to/from DFW airport. I also liked the friendliness of the staff. The quality of the room was also decent. Overall, this was a good hotel for the money I paid. No ATM machine in the hotel lobby. I had to walk across the parking lot (in the rain) to another hotel just to get some cash.
The fact that I left the room and I was cleaned but my gold rings were moved and I have tried to contact someone about my items... I know it was bad weather but I couldn't get to the door being handicapped and all . I would just like someone to explain and be concerned about my items..
The hotel is tucked back off Lamar Blvd, so it's pretty quiet. The facilities are nice, though the fitness center could use more and newer equipment. I didn't use the indoor hot tub, nor take advantage of the continental breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I'd rate the hotel higher, if not for the surprise $10 charge for "incidentals". Incidentals are supposed to be per-item charges for beverages and snacks that are in your in-room fridge, with a price list attached. In this case, however, it's just Wyndham going for a slightly better margin on a room. There was no mention of an "incidentals" fee when I made the reservation, and the practice is borderline false advertising. I'd pre-paid for the room to get a special rate, then Wyndham gouged me for another $10 at check-in, eliminating the savings.
It was very easy to check in and out no complications. I got to check in early than regular check in time. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I loved reading the little cards they had around the room to learn about going green on the items there. Overall I was impressed. Plus a bonus you are close to six flags, Ripley's believe it or not, rangers stadium, and at&t stadium home of the cowboys. I got a good deal on the price too.
It's close to six flags and has a shuttle to get you there and back!!! The room was not clean had spider webs all over the room, dirty pillows was on the bed, and hair was in our sheets. They could not even give us a new room.
The housekeepers did a great job, the room was alright, the location was really good. During check in there was something going on with the phones and the front desk person was frustrated with it. There were also noisy people down the hall from us that woke us up a couple of times.
The internet sevice was not free, I was annoyed because most of the hotel even less rated hotels offer internet sevice free of charge
The location, staff, facilities, and beds were amazing. The staff during check in and out were both so friendly and helpful. We had trouble with the tv remote and purchasing a movie and the lady that hel D at check out went above and beyond what one would expect to rectify the situation. Had a small problem with the tv remote. It didn't work properly. But it could have been me.
Hotel room was clean with plenty of room. The restaurant staff were friendly. Not responsive to requests. Had to repeatedly ask for additional towels. Only provided decaf coffee in room.
The location of the hotel was very convenient for the event we were attending. The shuttle service made our trip more enjoyable. We had a room full of ladybugs. There were live ones all over and dead ones on the floor in various locations throughout the room.
Can not review - we did not stay at the hotel. My husband got sick and we were unable to make the trip to Arlington.
Nice facilities. Nice room. Staff aloof and distracted at check in. Room service stopped 90 minutes earlier than advertised. They were overwhelmed due a storm and a special event, and they just stopped answering the phone.
Everything about the Hilton was good. Especially for the cost. We really enjoyed staying there. Nothing.
Awesome staff helped with all my quetions
our stay was overall good. But the beds take a little bit of getting used to. we will know how to operate them for next time!
We had a very nice evening, going to the Rangers/Yankees game one Saturday -- Really enjoyed the staff and the cocktails. And the Breakfast the next morning. Great pool for kids! Thanks y'all...
The bed was comfortable and everything in the room was clean. The room was pretty small, but it was fine. Hotel staff was nice but could have been a bit more professional.
The service was very helpful Bathroom door was broke and the microwave didn't work and our key cards didn't work as well
I liked the great staff and their friendliness, I liked the room's cleanliness, and I really loved the showers. Standing showers on a budget! Also great location and the view of Six Flags lit up at night is gorgeous. The sounds of Six Flags gets old and the Wi-Fi is a little slow for GF streaming but that's not a huge deal. Could have used thicker towels and the breakfast area was a little small. These are minor issues, though, and didn't affect the quality of the stay.

location We did not get our roomed cleaned the ONE day we were there. I called the lobby after being gone all day and let them know our beds were not made, trash wa snot taken out. NO one came to do our room and all she said was sorry. They will do tomorrow.

Hotel employee was AWESOME!!! Staff was super friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was inviting. Room had superb view and was clean. Breakfast was plentiful and filling. Free internet is a plus.
Close to all Arlington attractions. Nice room with comfortable bed.
Staff very friendly. Nice size and nice to have a suite. Good door locks. The bathroom had mildew on the shower curtain and on the grout in the shower. The decor was 80s. Mauve and forest green. The windows were unlocked and I was on the first floor in a not so great part of town.
Great location! The beds need updated.
Great location next to humperdinks The door to the room was broken, the couch had a rip in it, the power was out in the hotel our second day so no tv or internet or elevator, thier food truck hadn't arrived yet so they ran out of breakfast items like eggs and muffins
The rooms were very clean The bed was hard as a brick
Passing thru Arlington. Only stayed one night. Nice big suite, comfortable beds. Breakfast not that great. Overall, a good experience.

I thought Candlewood Suites was very quit and very nice and clean, I will stay again!
Room had been updated recently, very modern. Thumbs up! N/A
Enjoyed the gym..wish there was a hot tub or pool. There was a stake smell in our room.
The location was very convinient The bathroom was very small.
The spaciousness and cleanliness 2 tv's, separate room, balcony, huge bar, cathedral ceiling was a nice touch, spacious closet!!
Large room Property is old
This hotel is a great location for all of the Arlington attractions. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping, amusement parks and sports venues. Very clean and extremely comfortable beds with great pillows. Definately would stay again.
My only issue is the beds are too soft for me. I like a firm mattress. \n\nLocation is easy to get to from 360, next to lots of restaurants and 6 Flags, Ballpark, Hurricane Harbor etc.
My wife and I stayed here for a weekend at the Ballpark in Arlington. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and friendly both day and night. Every expectation was met as far as amenities and cleanliness. It's super close to the Ballpark in Arlington, Texas Stadium and a Wal*Mart. I loved the continental breakfast, which was the BEST one I've ever seen. I can't wait to go back for some huge Texas shaped waffles!
We will definately stay here again, great value & location and the staff was very helpful.
We stayed for two nights and my husband already said we will be staying here everytime we visit Dallas. The pillows, sheets and bed are really soft and comfy. A/C worked great. Everything was really clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also great. DIY waffles(weekends only) and a good variety of breakfast items. Pantene shampoo/conditioner was provided and it saved my day because I forgot to bring my own and it saved my hubby a trip to the store :) I also loved that they have those valet carts to haul all your luggage at once. Also, we didn't need it but we did see the trolly come by and pick guests up...so next time we need it I know it's available.
Good location for Nike Elite 11 camp! Not a luxury hotel but for the money it was just what we needed.
WE NEEDED A PLACE CONVIENTLY LOCATED BY SIX FLAGS OVER TEXAS FOR A QUICK FAMILY GETAWAY BEFORE SCHOOL STARTED, THIS HOTEL FIT PERFECTLY. BESIDES BEING CLOSER TO SIX FLAGS IT WAS ALSO A NICE PLACE TO STAY. THE ROOM WAS PERFECT, MEANING CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, ETC. THE INCLUDED BREAKFAST WAS AN ADDED BENEFIT. I'M GLAD THAT I DID NOT PURCHASE A PARKING PASS FOR SIX FLAGS WHEN I BOUGHT THE TICKETS ONLINE BECAUSE THIS HOTEL IS ON THE NORMAL ROUTE FOR THE ARLINGTON TROLLEY AND IT WAS FREE TO USE AS A RESULT OF STAYING HERE. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE PLANNING ON VISITING THIS AREA.
The hotel was close to all the attactions. Very easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We could not get a better price or service around the same area. We will surely stay there again on our next trip.
Room had a funny smell-we never figured out what the smell was. Other than that everything was good.
My family and I enjoyed staying here. The staff were VERY nice. Our room was a a perfect temperature...very cool. We requested joining rooms on the top floor and we were given our request. However, there were no microwaves or refrigators. Great location if going to Six Flags, Ballpark, Hurricane Habor; all just minutes away. We had a personal item missing when we returned from our day at Six Flags. I called down to the service desk and told the staff what was missing, and the next morning it was found. To me this meant the staff at this hotel cares. They did not just say they were looking; they actually LOOKED and found the item. It had accidently gotten taken out with the sheets when housekeeping came in our room. We would stay here again. We usually stay in a 4-star hotel when we travel, but we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel....its not a 4-star, but our room was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the waffles and hot breakfast sandwiches for breakfast. The breakfast area was clean and the lady was very nice and kept the items well stocked. The pool was VERY CLEAN. We enjoyed our stay.
Very cozy, relaxing. Also, it was nearby a restaurant, and breakfast was accessible on the go. That it was limited, but I had to prepare to leave early in the morning. And that a selection for breakfast needs to be more.
Space, cleanliness, location. Air condition of room did't work. Room was very hot.
Easy to get to, great location. Hallways had a strange odor, room was not clean at all. Pool was closed in July.
Missing cover plates for electrical outlets. Cable tv was fuzzy. Carpets very dirty throughout hotel. Distinct mildew odor in hallways. Bathroom sink was broken.
The price and location I asked for a non smoking and got a smoking No room service due to length of stay had to call and ask for tissue and clean towels
Value and location. To noisy. You could other people in their room and foot steps from above.
The room was clean. Only one elevator worked. There was smoke in the hallways. The A/C unit was on a timer to conserve energy so it never cooled the room. The breakfast was a joke. Nonguests came in and ate everything. The place felt more like a halfway house and not a hotel. I guess it is true you get what you pay for the deal was to good to be true. Will never stay here again.
