Pros: very kind and very nice ryokan~
Pros: Super friendly staff, excellent location and good food.
Pros: It was a traditional style Ryokan. Super comfy and a nice place to relax. The owners are super nice as well! I accidentally left something at the accommodation while riding my bicycle to Kumamoto and the owner drove to get it back to me. I can't be more thankful!
Cons: Nothing, it was awesome
Featuring hot spring of which water is retrieved directly from its source of Ashikita, Hitoyoshi and Kuma regions, we offer detached private guest rooms with outdoor bath where you would enjoy leisurely relaxing time.
Pros: This place is in a secluded little valley. We wandered around the village, ate some delicious food and enjoyed our stay immensely! The outdoor bath is amazing! This place was great value for money.
Cons: The water pressure in the indoor bath wasn't great.
Cons: Unexpectedly good game cuisine dinner (wild boar, venison, fresh sweetfish) served in room. However eating deer meat raw as sashimi may not be to everyone’s taste.
