Pros (+) Basically everything. The facilities themselves aren’t ASTOUNDING but I’ve definitely had much worse. The staff was INCREDIBLE. Almost immediately felt like I was staying with close friends or family and not at a hostel. The atmosphere was great and everything was kept clean. And it’s lovated right in the heart of Austin.
