Newly opened in July 2017 after comprehensive refurbishment, this hotel is quietly but centrally located in the saltwater spa resort of Bad Harzburg, set in the Upper Harz Nature Reserve,WiFi is provided free of charge in the whole hotel. Rooms at the Stadtparkhotel Alexandra are uniquely furnished and include antique elements and individually designed bathrooms. All rooms include satellite TV, while most also have a balcony. The rooms are non-smoking but there is a smoking area at the hotel. An extensive breakfast is individually served to your table each morning. The Stadtparkhotel Alexandra is 170 metres from Bad Harzburg's pedestrian zone where there are various cafes as well as restaurants serving German and international cuisine. The hotel is 300 metres from the spa park, 400 metres from a tennis court and 500 metres from the Sole-Therme thermal baths and from the Burgberg cable car. It is 600 metres from the Baumwipfelpfad (treetop walkway), 750 metres from the Harz Ergotherapy Centre, 850 metres from a golf course and 1 km from the casino. The surrounding area offers several scenic nature paths, ideal for hiking and cycling. The hotel also offers a shuttle service from and to Bad Harzburg Train Station.
