Everything! One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. The atmosphere was very special in the best way.
Great atmosphere, perfect staff, luxury, stylish hotel.
I have got the great impression of the hotel. It is just exellent from any point of view: very cosy rooms, frendly personal and super desing
we love the decor, the quiet hotel, very clean, breakfast is very very good. we had in the room documentation every nights (weather, detail about massage, activity, ..) but it's was in German language never in English. it is so bad for relais et chateau.
Restraunts and staff Bar was only open at select times
attention of staff, excellent restaurants a bit overpriced,
nice area, good atmosphere, great lobby with big fireplace, very kind staff spa could be modernized
Entirely customer service driven, superb food and just the highest standard None
The restaurant for our evening meal was delicious. We arrived in the evevning and was so nice not to go out in the rain to find a restaurant.
Ease access to town. Good food and Fresh The details as seen on the Booking.com web site, stated that Hotel Lahnblick had free hotspot wireless access, this was not the case. They offered a charged alternative with a provider,
The rooms were in a different building than the restaurant. The bathroom was old and very small. The handtowels were old and rough. The rooms did not feel very clean and the owner which did the billing seemed to be confused. We wanted to extend one night and she kept going back and forth. The breakfast was okay, but for a buffet was just hardly any selection.
Good location and a very good room. Probably the best breakfast ever which was grealy appreciated. Lovely walks nearby to build up your appetite.
The rooms were very well cleaned and very calm. The food was very good as well.
The room was large, comfortable and very clean. Good food in the restaurant The breakfast was quite good - but only white bread and not much variety. Woken too early in the morning by a cockerel!
Spacious Rooms nice breakfast lovely garden. English not spoken but we managed with gestures. Rooms not sound proof. Light badly positioned, we both hit our head on it & I am short. Limited dining facilities in the town in the evening. Should have tea & coffee making in room. Compared with other German hotels of same style was rather expensive.
Small hotel, but has the essential Internet connection, so is fine for a business trip.
lovely. great location, super view, love the furniture
Free wired internet access, friendly staff Hotel did not accept Visa/Mastercard as advertised, also the restaurant was not in operation.
staff was very helpful, we were late for check in but this was no problem after a phone call.
Freindlyrelaxing hotel run by the owner with excellant food
The staff were very kind and friendly. The hotel has been beautifully renovated and incorporated some quirky elements from its past history as a former school. It's well situated to the Winterberg ski area. The restaurant is also very nice and served typical German food. The only downside, as a non-pork eater (or vegetarian) is that you are slightly limited in terms of food options.
The owners and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and the rooms large, comfortable and extremely clean. This is a very relaxing place to stay and the hotel is located within a very picturesque part of town. The design of the bedrooms and communal rooms is very cleverly done.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable if a little basic. Only took breakfast which was good with a fair choice.
quiet area slowly service in the restaurant, at the reception, small choice of dishes, lack of knowledge of foreign languages of the staff
It was in a quiet location overlooking the village. The outside of the hotel does not reflect its interior and the road to get there was a bit like driving in circles.
