Pros (+) The room and grounds were clean and tidy. The staff was excellent and a joy to talk to. I appreciated all of the little extra things in place. The hotel was easy to find and being next to a sanctuary was beautiful.
Cons (-) With Covid, it saddened me to learn that all of the disposable items are thrown away. I understand why, but struggle with the waste. I would have appreciated to either have been asked if I wanted all of the extras, or have been notified by a sign that the specific items were to be thrown out, especially with the shortages of paper products we experienced. I was glad that I asked before I left.
