I liked how accommodating staff they were and the breakfast its sooo good. and the spacious room.
The people are very compromising and good mannered with nice ambiance
It’s good over all
Breakfast was basic but adequate. Hotel was very clean and in a good location for the centre of Baku.
I booked the airport taxi both ways through the hotel but would have been much much cheaper to have used a local service. English is not that good amongst most of the staff.
The hotel is very cheap and lies quite central, close to the main shopping street and the old town.
We had the big family room and one of my friends complained that his bed squeaked every time he moved, which is why he woke up several times during night. When I arrived, there was one blanket too less for us and another blanket had long dark hairs on it, which is quite disgusting. Whilst the dirty one was promptly replaced, I had to insist to get an additional one immediatley, as the hotel's employee wanted to console me at first, that we would get it the next day. We also had to cover the blankets on our own then. There was no water in our room for half a day and another day, we only had cold water. Additionally, the water in the shower drained off very slowly. It took around 20-30 minutes even after a very quick shower until the water drained off. The breakfast is also very basic so that we ate breakfast a few times outside. Except the manager, the rest of the staff speaks almost no English or even no English at all.
Everythinq was perfect
