Cons: The aircon leaked all over the floor on my first night but was ok the second. WiFi didn’t work well at all. Bathroom was quite sparse - could have done with a couple of small towels and a hair dryer. The big negative for me was the location - not the best of locations for a visitor, and quite a long way from anything. Down by the water is far nicer.

Cons: Very difficult to communicate, all staff had a poor understanding of English. Area not good for tourists,prices differ in lounge bar and pool bar(much dearer pool bar.) You pay a service charge on each bill and the service is not good. You can't book any drinks or meals to your room unless you pay a deposit (even though we had paid for rooms on arrival. ) Unless you are on business and need to be in this area I would not recommend this hotel.

Cons: Staff gave me a room which was already occupied by another guest. Luckily I did not open the door to catch them naked or in the act of having sex. Staff then asked me to wait while they sort out that room for me. I had to complain that it's late and I was tired and had to wake up early to catch a flight before I was given another room.

Cons: The staff was not that friendly when I came. I checked out a little bit late at 11 pm and definitely tired. I already notified the hotel about my late check-in. Noone standby at the door when I came in. The receptionist staff did not impress me. They did not greet me properly and for the hotel brand itself, I was quite surprised for the hospitality standard.
