Really enjoyed our stay, wish we had stayed longer, we will be returning as it is excellent value for money.
I enjoyed the buffet breakfast best and the fact i could have a substantial breakfast before starting off the day was really good. The bedding was feather based which my partner being an astmatic couldnt use, in fairness when asked to change them the hotel brought a change of bedding, tho it was a duvet inside a massive duvet cover and the pillow was made up of 2 cushions inside a pillow case.
It was just perfect. The room, food and staff. I would definitely visit again. Not one thing!
The suite was fine but when you opened the door onto your balcony you were met with a lot of weeds just in front of your balcony.
Bathroom very comfortable and modern Lighting in room poor
The Galgorm is an excellent choice lovely rooms and both the food and service were excellent.
The bed it was so comfortable and the food
Althiough we stayed overnight only everything offered was excellent. staff were pleasant and helpful and food was excellent. No complaints whatsoever.
Everthing went very smoothly from the booking to the accommodation to the food. All staff were very friendly and helpful and room very clean and spacious. No complaints regarding my stay
Paefect place to stay when you arrive or depart from Belfast airport. Perfect place to stay.
Handy for the International Airport. Pleny of parking. Easy to find. Staff friendly. Cleanliness of the whole hotel. I really could not find anything I didn't like.
The very friendly staff who made me feel very welcome.
Very friendly and helpful staff This hotel is remote and really only accessible if you have a car
Stayed at Keef Halla Country House for 2 nights at the start of a 12 day tour of Norther Ireland. We were impressed with the standard of the accommodation and the owner gave us some useful advice for our visit to Belfast.
I arrived fairly late and didn't finish my work till about 10..pm and asked Charles if he knew where I could get a meal. He phoned round a few places and was able to get me into a restaurant where the meal was excellent. The rooms are very well presented and breakfast was splendid. With such service and quality I will certainly stay there again if I am in the are in future.
Wireless internet. Breakfast. Friendly hotel staff.
superb room-spotless-very pleasant-good breakfast-- not near any pubs or restaurants so can only take taxi for dinner which is not available
Comfortable, welcoming, close to the airport
Our host was wonderful and so were the breakfasts. He was accomodating for extras too like laundry and checking my emails. Mostly I wish the bed could have had more padding on it . I was sore .
Ideal base for visiting shops and choice of places to eat There was not anything I didn't like
Central position in Ulster, close to airport/ferry, and Belfast. Good base for touring, and easy to find. Room was too warm when we arrived, otherwise everything was fine
Convenience for the airport, cleanliness, new condition of all facilities and decor.
The shopping outlet is right beside the hotel great shopping. bed too small, no tissue and half toilet roll only in the bathroom on arrival.
Location close to motorway and cleanliness As all other Holiday Inns the beds are not very comfortable and there are never enough pillows.
I have stayed at the Holiday Inn on at least 5 other occasions. Staff always attentive and friendly and its nice to be recognised as you walk through the front door. rooms comfortable and warm, dinner very good and breakfast excellent every time.
staff bed not that comfy
very clean and a lot more luxurious than your usual travel lodge type
superb bathroom, good beds, good parking and good food nearby 1) outrageous fee for using wireless internet. 2) there was a very noisy man, who most likely woke up the complete second floor at 2:30 AM which was very annoying, to say the least.
The quality of the food for both dinner and breakfast was exceptional especially in view of the low cost of the room.
Nice old and charming place but quite poor service. Poor service, our bathroom needed renovation.
The freindliness and great food and I relaxed which was a great bonus the hotel staff could not do enough for you I will definately stay again and would highly reccomend this hotel
We stayed in the hotel 15 yearsago and like the old world atmosphere and excellent food it was fine
the attitude of night management left a lot to be desired.
everything appears new, good food at the adjoining restaurant
spacious and clean room
The Dunsilly hotel offers a very high level of comfort and great facilities for the business traveller. The restaurant also offers great food.
the rooms were very comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly the hot water in the room was too hot and there was no cold water
nice comfortable friendly staff very little if anything for children to do so we tended to not return to the hotel until late evening
Pleasant staff, clean rooms none
lovely setting,very helpful staff,very clean
The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were a little surprised that it was located at the edge of town but took a taxi into the town centre for 4 pounds.
