Pros. Clean rooms, great location close to town and staff was extremely helpful
Cons. Not enough parking spots in the underground lot on just 1 of our 4 nights there
Pros. close walking distance to town/bus was one block away to take to downtown if youdidn't want to walk
Cons. very NOISY room. We faced street-smokers out all hours of night talking - did not sleep well at all
Pros. I've stayed many times and quite like the facilities and the location, staff are always very friendly.
Cons. Parking was extremely limited because of an event on Saturday November 3rd. Because of this we had to park quite a way from the hotel. If I'd have known parking at the hotel wasn't available, I would have booked somewhere else. There was no warning when booking that parking wouldn't be available. Having multiple surgeries, a bad hip and knee, the reason I book at the Caribou is for the close and convenient parking.
Pros. Comfortable and clean. Good location and nice staff.
Pros. Clean, spacious and well appointed rooms, nice spa, easy parking.
Cons. Parking structure ceiling is a little low (6'4") so if you have a taller vehicle or roof racks, watch out!
Pros. Great value, loved the decor. Brunch at the Keg was awesome!
Pros. The room and the hotel was gorgeous and cute. Beds were comfortable.
Cons. Lots of families here- the "hot pool" which was a larger hot tub was meant for sitting and relaxing. It was being terrorized by a group of 10-12 year old demon boys.
Pros. Clean and very nice staff.
Cons. The wireless internet reminded me of AOL dialup circa 1998.
Pros. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready so we were given bus passes to explore the area. Staff was friendly. Outside was pretty with benches and lots of beautiful flowers. Inside was quaint and themed. Keg restaurant in premises was a bonus.
Cons. It was older and showing the signs. No air conditioning. Elevators loud and rickety. Lighting in room not effective. Too bright in some areas and none in other areas. No coffee available until 630 am and wasn't refilled efficiently. Always lined up waiting for someone to replace empty coffee pot. Important because there was nowhere close by to purchase.
Pros. Nice layout, good view out the window.
Cons. While I was there the whole town seemed to be waiting for snow, apparently it came late this year (2014). I was able to do some sight seeing and hiking. Only there two days, next time I want to stay longer.
