The hotel staff is quite nice, clean white bed sheets and towels. The location turned out to be very good for our purposes. Great deals in price and location. The room is spacious, clean and the staff is helpful. The room are very nice. The king size bed very big. Clean & simple. Great value for money. Location near to iconsiam & sathon pier.

The room is in poor condition, the furniture is all shabby, the laminate flooring is all dilapidated from water, there is dirt and mold in the bathroom, the toilet cleaning system is broken. Aircondition basically didn't work. There was construction work in the hallway with lots of noise. The room condition was much older than in the photos. The facility is old, and have some bad vibes. The breakfast was booked for 1 menu a day before, and it was served cold.
