Felt like a corporate hotel anywhere in the world. No personality.
The Sirocco restaurant on the 64th floor was amazing and we enjoyed a romantic meal for 2 on the Saturday night. The food was excellent. All the staff in the hotel were outstanding and very courteous.
Design and ambience, very luxurious and beautiful sight from rooftop. Service was fabulous, you did not have to think one second e.g. where you have to go and somebody would help you.
We had dinner at tower (Sitico, cannot remember the name?). We ordered a 5 course menu, but it was served in one hour, this could have gone a little less fast. We were rather fast full adn could not eat the desert at the end. So it would be better to have a pause in between. Furthermore when lying at pool side you can see the dirt from below balcony's, it would be good to clean this .
The hotel is really nice and the river view was great. they have a nice food and restaurants. I took a suite and it was really perfect.
very spacious Tower suites w balcony in floors 53-63 with excellent view over the town and Chao Prayer river, one of the most exciting roof top dining places in Bangkok, hotel conveniently located at Silom Rd, water ferry station (Oriental pier) and Sky Train station in short walking distance.
Staff is very friendly but perhaps sometimes a little cumbersome and less sophisticated than in comparable luxury hotels, English language needs improvement for part of the staff, the Tower club lounge closes too early (6 p m) and the variety of food and newspaper offerings there does not quite match those in similar lounges places like those of the Shangri-La or the Sofitel Silom.
Ideal for business traveller. All is to the level of a good 5 stars hotel
The whole experience was amazing. The staff were exactly so nice. The place was just fabulous. The sky bar is out of this world as well as the restaurants
Could not say 1 bad word about this hotel
Overall experience was perfect. And the reasonable price for..
well organized hotel, nice staff members, well aware of the area, they speak good english.
the idea of asking us to leaveat a certain time when we asked for extension since our flight was a t night.
obsequious smiling but unhelpful reception staff. room was small compared to similar in region, no can-do attitude.
Excellent service, nothing too much trouble for the staff, beautiful suite for the money,
Had to remind staff of the online deal (bottle of wine on arrival, drink in rooftop bar)
