The hotel is very old and tired, air con no temperature control, building and electrics are on the older side, toilet and bathroom were bit too small, no soaps, no kettle in the room, no hot water boiler available in the room, no toothpaste and toothbrush provided, limited staff availability, bad smell at the ground floor, noise was inevitable as it was right beside the BTS Station, dated, facilities, bad smell in the toilet, toiletries should be increased in quantity, poor customer service, poor customer service, no comment
