The hotel is in a great location and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was lovely with free toiletries. The decor of the room was great.

The room has like literally no light, there's only 1 small light on the ceiling, so it is very dark at night, we can't find things in our room. Also, the air conditioning has difficulty maintaining a stable temperature. When it turns on the room becomes really cold, but when it stops the room became really hot. It just repeats this pattern throughout the night.

The hotel offers a jacuzzi, a well-stocked mini bar, and a bar just right beneath the hotel. Additionally, there is a restaurant on site and room service staff was very nice.

The hotel do not have parking lot and request customers to pay by themselves on other private parking lot and do not have transport to send customers. Additionally, the shower temperature changes every 10 seconds, and the air conditioning in some rooms may malfunction.

The hotel is conveniently located near Sukhumvit MRT, within walking distance to myriad entertainment and food options. Additionally, it is close to Terminal 21 and the BTS/MRT in Sukhumvit.
