Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near public transport, shops, and city attractions. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, as well as poor maintenance. Service is frequently described as unhelpful or indifferent, and noise from both inside and outside the hotel is a recurring problem. Some guests also express concerns about safety, particularly for women and at night. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the hotel falls short in cleanliness, service, and comfort.
