Reception staff were very friendly.
At breakfast the staff all spoke italian to each other really loudly. Beds were rock hard.
Friendliness and efficiency.
Slight problem with the shower fitting (Room 24) - which was duly reported to reception at checkout.
Arrived late afternoon. Excellent parking near entrance and to rear of hotel - all very close to reception.Smooth problem free check in, shown to my room which was on the ground floor. Double divan bed, dressing table, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. All very clean, warm and cosy. I met our clients for dinner at the hotel which was a great decision! Excellent mid-price menu choices and the service was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. After a good nights sleep down to breakfast - again a good choice (including gluten free options) - arrived timely and piping hot and absolutely delicious. I would have absolutely no problem recommending this hotel to anyone.
Staff and food both excellent
Room 24 had no heat in bathroom, water leaked to floor, noise from water system when operated by any room beyond 24 , could hear every word spoken and tv very load from next room (25).
