GREAT LOCATION
Excellent location, steps from the hill. Lockers to keep your ski equipment, pro shop inside hotel if you need rentals. Nice restaurant in the hotel. Rooms are basic, if you're there to ski than it's perfect.
Hot tub felt a little dirty, saunas and pool could use some renovations. Restaurant a little pricey. Rooms had awkward smell.
It is nice to have all you need in one place and we were able to ski right to our room.
Proximity to ski hill; quiet, kitchenette, clean
Nowhere to park on arrival; coffee in rooms was bad...to give a true european-type experience, coffee should be a good brand and should be fair-trade organic (such as Bridgehead Coffee).
I think the furnishings were quite dated particularly the televisions and appliances. The refrigerator was also old and noisy. The front disk didn't offer to sell me lift tickets so I had to go find them. I found out later that you could in fact buy lift tickets at the front desk. Actually booking.com should sell them. The wine in the restaurant was ridiculously expensive.
the excellant staff
I had booked way in advance and I was sort of dissapointed to find out that my room was all the way to the end of the hallway.Considering the fact that I was with my family, which includes three toddlers, that became very inconvinient for me to walk in and out.. If I knew there were other suits available I would be very dissapointed.Other than the above concern thanks to the staff for their service. Looking forward to stay there in a room closer to elevators.
Proximity to the hill. Beautifully located.
It's a bit 'tired'. Needs updating in the rooms.
close to the lifts, full service restaurant & bar, large common areas
room needs a renovation, no indoor parking
We liked the assortment of activities that were available to us, the commodities (such as hot tub, pool, mountain biking, spa) and we liked the location.
The location. The surroundings were breathtaking.
The facility had a theater although there were no shows. They advertised a night life-but had none-However it was a beautiful restful spot and the staff was extremely gracious.
