Excellent service and quick response to any issues. Front desk spoke English. Rooms are large. Good amount of English tv channels.
Bad room service food. We should have complained. Bread was hard as a rock. Soup was cold. Sandwich was not edible. But the food in the restaurant in the morning was good. Buffet is excellent as well.
Design of lobbies, eateries, and design and furnishings of room.
1) There is some stains on carpet (below table) in room 607. 2) There is no free PC terminals for a quick and short access of internet (usually available to house guest in European hotels of similar positioning. 3) One front test lady, though pleasantly presentable, was impatient with most guests at counter.
