Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's location, green territory, and some aspects of the facilities, such as pools and entertainment. However, many reviews mention issues with food quality, bed comfort, and inconsistent service or cleanliness. While some guests found the value for price satisfactory and enjoyed amenities like the spa and kids club, others were disappointed by outdated rooms, poor air conditioning, and lackluster housekeeping. Overall, the hotel is seen as a reasonable choice for families and those prioritizing location and amenities over luxury or high-end service.
