Excellent location, great staff, and great breakfast. Rooms are very very very nice and clean. Even had a small kitchen. From the top floor I even had a small view of the bay. I was impressed. The rooms and furniture were excellent. Indoor pool also if you are inclined for the winter months, and only a few minutes from downtown and the BelFair Mall.
Pros. New building, lrage rooms, friendly staff and decent location.
Cons. The $75 dollar pet fee (they call it a non-refundable deposit). I can see if you are staying here for a week but a single night the price is steep to keep Fido with you. Thankfully the staff was really cool about it and waved the fee (kudos!)
