Pros. Everything Tetherow had at the time of our stay was luxurious and very well maintained. This is an ideal location to getaway from the busy center of Bend for romance, business, and family, it currently offers a comforting and intimate remoteness compared to other hotel/resort options in the area. At the current rates Tetherow is an exceptional value. Book a stay before the expansion begins.
Cons. What is unfortunate is the intention to expand from 50-units to 250-units in years to come, which will take away from the scenic and isolated appeal that Tetherow now offers. All that is currently missing are a few needed facilities: pool, spa, etc.
Pros. Four friends and I stayed for my birthday get away. We had never visited Bend before and this hotel was the perfect choice for our first impression. After being wooed by the luxurious appearence of the building itself and the gorgeous location, we were blown away again by the genuin hospitality of the staff. Everything was clean, the vibe is spot on,and it was overall extremely fulfilling. Good food, great shower, and the robes and beds are to DIE FOR!
