7.9 Good
Pros: Foods at pool bar is reasonable and nice. Foods at restaurant in terrasse (Michelin 1 star restaurant) is pricy but really worth it, it is excellent. They serve fresh catch of the day.
Cons: Charge extra 30eur for Baby up to 2 years old (a bit expensive). And the door is quite old hence does not isolate well the noice.
7.1 Good
Pros: View of the apartment was excellent. Stayed in junior suite , quite comfortable..Staff were extremely helpful - both check-in and the guy who comes in the afternoon ( sorry forgwt the name ) - food in the restraunt quite delicious but pricey.
Cons: Property in parts are quite run down. When it rained corridor ceilings and some parts of the building were leaking. Terrace of the suite was filthy so are the sunbeds..it was clear terraces are not part of the cleaning process!.. it was quite evident that the whole place is understaffed. We have seen the waiters/ waitresses cleaning toilets in between the dinner time and then going and serving the clients at the restraunt. Our first night we went to the restraunt ( which happens to be michelin )..The owner have not come and introduced himself to the clients but preferred to go around and chat to the ‘regulars’/ locals all night. Quite an unusual customer service practice especially in a so called michelin restraunt.
7.9 Good
Pros: The view is amazing, not many people an huge room
Cons: It's not on the beach, they are actually quiet far from it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, well organized, safe, onsite fine dining for dinner
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: An elegant 'dolce vita' hotel. Very relaxed yet refined. Food in the restaurant was exceptional.
7.9 Good
Pros: The view was amazing!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing view. Rooms are very comfortable. Personel could be a bit more friendly. Breakfast was ok but I'd expect a bit more from a hotel at this price. Bergeggi is very nice, we had a great walks to Spotorno.
Cons: Hotel does not have a restaurant for hotel guests, as the one that is there serves only fancy seafood and fish, which i have to say I've found not very tasteful. Unfortunately there is no restaurant nearby so basically everyday you need to drive to Spotorno. Parking is a bit difficult, especially when you come back late, people get frustrated and argue with the staff, not the kind of situation you want to witness on your relaxing holiday.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service and high comfort
Cons: Wifi was not good

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, pool and staff.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful apartment with wonderful views of the sea. Apartment was plenty big for 4 adults and it was not overlooked. We were left check out at 12:30 at no extra charge and the gentleman in the restaurant was always polite and friendly.
Cons: Kettle and Hairdryer were fitted with incorrect plugs so could not be used without an adaptor. There was only 1 wine glass in the apartment and very little toilet paper. We had to take out all the rubbish before we checked out or else we would be fined €50. Extremely difficult to get a taxi to and from Spotorno and it was a 30 minuet climb back up to the property. Would need a car if staying at this property and even at that the roads are very narrow.
5.0 Okay
Pros: .
Cons: Couch is very unconfortable. Price too high with 240 EUR. No service. Nothing for children.
7.5 Good
Pros: it was a clean and large apartment, very comfortable with an outstanding view in the garden. the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: it was poorly equipped, for a vacation house, it didnt have a washing machine, a kettle/coffee machine, iron, hair dryer (things you get at some basic Airbnb locations) the restaurant is quiet expensive and the staff at the restaurant weren't so friendly, they even made us pay for ice. and not so family friendly (they dont start dinner before 7:30pm, which is very inconvenient for families with kids) there's no supermarket nearby
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Reception staff & Manager were very friendly and welcoming, it was a pleasure to deal with them.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The view from the restaurant and pool was fantastic
Cons: When we came, we immediately wanted to cancel the stay , byt we decided to make the best out of it. But after 3 days we threw in the towel and booked somewhere else. Credit to Domini Mare that only charged us for the 4 days (we booked for 7 days) we stayed. The rooms we booked was not even close to what we did get when we came. Worn out dirty furniture, adapters needed for electric appliances, pc´s and the like. Limited seat capacity at the restaurant, food is good, but the menu is small and prices are high.- other restaurants only reachable by car or taxi When booking one hour of spa is included for stays longer than 4 days. This «free» spa is nothing but access to a few small pools with warm water and some fresh fruits. Bring your own toiletpaper and soap because its a long way to the supermarket. The towels was thin and worn out and parted after use. What a shame. Noisy construction work going on the flats at the premises. Management operating on a very low level – near incompetency There was no sun-umbrella and when we asked for one it took two day to get it, so it was impossible to have breakfast out in the garden – unless you have breakfast at 0500 (before the sun gets up) 200 meters to the beach, well….. it is – but in a direct line. They charge Eur 30/person/day for sunchairs at the private beach area What a waste of money ! Domini Mare Resort ruined most of our holiday and cost us a lot of hard earned money. Shame on them! The Domini Mare business plan is to rent out appartments from owners that guarantees income from the appartments if purchased (to cover loan cost)
7.5 Good
Pros: beds very clean, enough space for big family ,unforgettable view
Cons: room for kids to dark and too small.Beds very clean but not safe and not to recommend for small kids...Glass table is not really optional to have it in apartments with kids , no wifi in the apartement...

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing really
Cons: Not equiped and felt a bit clinical but not in a clean way ..not value for money!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: very nice place, nice view and a very big room. everything was very clean!
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location - at the top of a hill, with a sea view. 10 minutes to the beach (but: down the hill, may not be the best for the elderly). Among trees. The residence is quite off the village - you need a car or you need to walk to get to shops etc. I loved it, but for those who want to be more central this may be a problem.
7.9 Good
Pros: Very relaxing place
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice view, very good restaurant, pleasant location
Cons: Not really clean, rooms need to be renovated
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The view
Cons: The location if you have a car is not a problem but if you are not from Italy and you don’t know which is the situation of the place your holiday will became a nightmare. The hotel basically is in the peak of a mountain so for my partner and I to get there took at least 45 min under the sun climbing the stairs with 2 heavy suitcase. Well, when we got there the information in the reception it wasn’t clear at all, all the places around were closed, no shops, no market, no restaurants. We’ve been there just for 2 days trying to have a break from the city, wasn’t possible coz the building is under construction so the noise at 9 o’clock in the morning doesn’t help at all. Don’t go without car
7.5 Good
Pros: Accommodation was nice with a lot of space Swimming pool
Cons: Not child friendly swimming pool
