Pros: "Delta is doing such a good job keeping people spread out, keeping masks on, and giving wipes and hand sanitizer out. They gave snacks in individual baggies with hand sanitizer. I felt so much safer than I did on a similar flight operated by American Airlines where essentially no precautions were taken."

Flight itself fine, big problem with KAYAK. Revised e-ticket sent in July stated departure LHR 10:55, arrival SFO 13:45. (a believable local arrival time given flight length and time difference). When we got to LHR there was no 10:55 flight to SFO and were advised that in fact flight LH2473 was arriving in MUNICH at 13:45pm, and that we would need to get a connecting flight arriving in SFO at 18:55 local time - over 5 hours later than expected. 1) you the booking agent made an error on the revised e-ticket you sent, omitting the Munich stopover and incorrect SFO arrival time. 2) I booked a DIRECT flight and 3) we had to cancel plans this end as a result, even though the team at LHR did a great job moving us to a later direct flight getting us in 2 hours earlier than the flight from munich would have.

Cons: "The experience in the Frankfurt airport was terrible! We had arrived from Rome with an hour between landing and boarding. When we were directed to security at Gate Z, there was a huge mob of people, not really in lines. We didn’t know what we were waiting for or where to stand, but we and others around us were very worried about missing our next flight. There was no Lufthansa representative to help. Finally someone directed some of us to a long roundabout back way to Gate Z security. We did get to our gate in time for boarding, only because it had been delayed. Then we sat in the plane for over half an hour. Altogether, it took off more than an hour late, so we missed our flight from Chicago to Minneapolis."
Pros: "The crew were truly great as I had an extremely difficult flight due to tremendous pain in my knees. Coach economy are way too narrow, even if I paid for preferred seating. A joke. Cldnt move. So uncomfortable."

Cons: "Refused to change my flt date after I realized I made a one day mistake inadvertently. I called within 10 minutes afterwards. This was 6 months before the actual flt date. Customer service was snarky, unapologetic, and almost happy that I could not change the date or get any kind of refund."

Cons: "The crew in Cluj airport could not care less about getting the plane boarded and departed on time. For 20 minutes crew stood around in the airport talking to each other and using their cellphones. Finally the transport bus was loaded only to have the bus driver get out, and talk to another employee while simultaneously using his phone. No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."

The team of flight attendants assigned to Economy class were very attentive. They assisted my disabled husband with the use of an aisle chair so that he could go to the bathroom. They were respectful and patient with him when it took awhile for him to finish. After the flight we went to the ER and he had a bladder infection.
Staff are attentive, pleasant and responsive. Food was wonderful. Wish that we didn’t have to board buses to get to the plane in Rome but went smoothly. Flight was very smooth but ITA can’t control weather. Left late but got there almost on time. Great flight.
A lot of things could have been better. They lost our luggage. We missed our connection from YVR to Naples when we arrived in Zurich and then we got re-routed to Rome and then Naples. We eventually got to Naples but our bags didn’t. Our experience at the lost luggage in the Naples was not at all reassuring. They didn’t seem that interested in our problem. I did a live chat with Swiss customer service and all they could do is tell me to follow the process. Meanwhile we’ve had to spend significant money on clothes and I have to replace medications. This has meant our trip so far has been totally different than what we had planned. It’s not clear that our baggage will ever show up which means we will have lost significant amount of clothing and other things and our two month trip to Europe will have more problems than good memories. So far we are not happy.

the customs line was total chaos. staff were exceptionally rude. was almost late for flight because I was directed to two different lines. once I finally got on the plane it was great. Great choice of movies and games. Staff was nice. the food could be better but I'm happy I was fed. exiting was easy.
Terrible. Flight was cancelled with less than 10 hours notice. They added an extra flight to the itinerary and separated our weats which I specifically had already paid to have together.
Flight was missed due to delayed departure from Rome Luggage lost on Rome.
Missed connecting flight because flight out of Rome was delayed. Had to rent car to final destination. Luggage was lost from Rome. Delta is blaming Ita Airlines and Ita Airlines is blaming. And as of right know neither airline wants to be responsible for our luggage or refund or missed flight. Will not book trips through third party companies such as Kayak again.
Terrible service, uninterested employees, inefficient boarding process, and marginal set up on plane. Staff make the airline - good luck with this one.
Never went to Rome's airport and it was beautiful!!
