nice and charming hotel
Very cosy and nice hotel, the staff very polite. The hotel is beautiful, everything in stlie, with wonderful Edwardian decorations, comrtable beds. Yes I would go back any time. Located in a short walking distance from the center.
Very good location and helpful staff
I was surprised that there wasn't a waste paper basket in the hotel room
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The overall room was light and airy. The bathroom was updated and spotless.
The mattress was a little soft - although the rest of the bedding was lovely. With the window open, the street was a little noisy at night (~9-11pm) but then quieted down
Aircon was broken and our room was very hot. Also due to the floorboards going through to the next room, we were woken up by the next door guests a lot.
lovely to be so near the sea, the hotel was beautiful and very efficiently and calmly run. The breakfast was delicious. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds very comfortable.
Staff was very accomodating. Since there is no elevator, and I was staying for just one night traveling with a heavy suitcase following a business trip, I was offered a room on a lower floor and the staff carried my bag to the room. They provided a map of the city and directions to local sites. The hotel really merits its inclusion in the Charming Hotels of France.
Rooms weren't very big, but still fine.
very small room, difficult to get into double bed from one side. Lighthouse beam disturbing during night.
The hotel feels very cosy, the rooms are in excellent condition and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The public areas are great for relaxing. We will definitively stay there again on our next visit to Biarritz.
