10.0 Excellent
Pros: My wife and I always choose this hotel when driving to England from Spain. It is ideally placed on the approach to the scenic Bielsa Tunnel and the French border. A family run hotel providing excellent facilities, good food and a friendly warm welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for them in making your stay enjoyable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is really worth of upgrading a room or requesting a room with the balcony. The view from our balcony was amazing - straight to the beautiful village of Bielsa and the mountains. Only few minutes walk to the centre of the village, where are restaurants, shops and supermarket. Basic, but very nice hostal with extremely friendly staff, even if they didn't speak English. They have suggested us to park our motorcycle under the roof of a tent, as it was out of the season and they didn't use that part for the outside tables which was great, as it was a heavy rain that night. The dinner at the hostal's restaurant was great, as well as breakfast. They also have menus translated into English, which was great. Overall, a very nice stay and we would love to stay there again.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We cannot imagine better value anywhere in Europe. Absolute cleanliness . . Generous bathroom. Spacious room with fine views . No cheap decoration. Excellent workmanship throughout. Very polite and sincere couple running the hotel . The breakfast (included in the room price for two !) could not have been better. Just hope this review doesn't fill the hotel and prevent us getting a room next we go walking.... BRAVO.
Cons: Perhaps a sprung mattress would be preferable to "memory foam". that may just be a personal peference.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, friendly staff, great value for money in a beautiful town
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant hotel. Friendly staff at hotel and restaurant. Very good breakfast (special service when we had to leave very early) Great value for money
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A comfortable room in a gorgeous village with fabulous views from our window. Excellent large breakfast included, eggs, bacon, cakes, fruit the works. The whole area was incredibly beautiful. After leaving we realised we'd dropped a passport somewhere ! They searched the room and found it and were very helpful sending it on to our next destination via Express post, they had to go to a near by village to do this but they were very obliging and dealt with it all straight away. I have it again and I'm extremely grateful for all their help !!!
Cons: Nothing, it was all great !!!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Spacious and comfortable rooms. Very good, tasty and rich breakfast. Professional and very kind staff and owners. Convenient and nice localization close to Valle de Pineta. Reasonable price, much better than on the French site of Pyrenees. Good restaurant , tasty and quick. Highly recommend !
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean and tidy rooms. Food in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was brilliant
Cons: No negatives really. The rooms are basic but it’s price related so this was excellent value for money
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location by the side of the river & a short stroll in to the village. The room was basic, no thrills, but what you expect for the price. However the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had everything you need & the staff were friendly. We enjoyed freshly cooked eggs for breakfast. A good base for exploring the Eastern end of the Parque Nacional De Ordesa
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the value for money is excellent.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Waking up to the sound of the stream near the property, felt very close to nature. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was very clean and had good water pressure. Breakfast was a simple selection with delicious fruits included. Just a short drive to the eastern part of the Ordesa National Park. There is an in house restaurant and they served pretty decent food. Although very little English was spoken, staff were helpful.
7.5 Good
Pros: Hosts were very hard working. Hotel was clean.
Cons: Would prefer a buffet breakfast. But meals were good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were in the hotel before and we liked the way staff looked after us

Pros: Wonderful location offering peace, tranquility and great views. Staff professional, helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast freshly cooked...not a congealed buffet style affair.

Cons: No bad comment
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We appreciated friendly staff and good location. The breakfast was tasty and the rooms were well equipped. Would recommend this place and plan to return when again in the area.
6.3 Good
Pros: The room was very peaceful. Meals were great value and very nice.
Cons: The hotel was extremely hard to find. Badly sign posted. It is off the main road with a sign saying camping, no mention about a hotel. We were sitting on Bielsa when we clicked on location, it then takes you to google maps and the directions says it 35 mins away when it actually is only 3 minutes.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Surrounded by trees and river; close to Parque Nacional de Ordeasa y Monte Perdido. Big room with simple good breakfast and easy free parking.
Cons: The staffs are a bit cold.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Location is very good.
Cons: The whole hotel needs a little more care. We had an accident on swimming pool because something was broken on Hamman and my son got burned in one leg. We had to stop holidays after that. Their reaction was proper but holidays were already "broken without repair". You notice a few things in hotel (including buffet) could be better just with better care.
7.6 Good
Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's in a beautiful location.
Cons: There didn't seem to be any separation between smoking areas and non-smoking areas. The cafeteria and the corridors constantly smelled of cigarette smoke.
7.6 Good
Pros: Spacious room. Pleasant staff
Cons: Excellent base for touring the Pyrennes

7.0 Good
Pros: Super scenery.
Cons: Not enough staff to serve dinner in the evening.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nicely furnished room, and a very welcome oasis after a 20 km hike.
Cons: Our room was in the newer addition to the hotel and our view was only onto the loading dock for the restaurant. I would recommend asking for a room in the original building with a nicer view. Also the restaurant has fairly poor vegetarian options.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good. We had dinner as well which was really nice.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: On a sunny day this a place that you do not want to miss! The view into the park is fantastic and there are many hiking trails starting near the parador. It is a little hard to get to and I would not want to do it in the dark but it is worth the journey
Cons: They practice a very soft “bait and switch”. We had booked a basic room which they told us was small and offered us a larger room at a higher price which we took. We had reserved breakfast. They offered to add dinner at a price which was a good deal. There is WiFi in the room but no internet connection. The connection in the lobby was slow but okay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location and property. Located at the basin of the majestic Pyrenees with a river flowing nearby, it feels like you have the mountains to yourself. It is magical. The staff was gracious and friendly and the food at the restaurant was top notch. I would absolutely refer this place to anyone looking to experience the Pyrenees.
Cons: Loved it all
6.8 Good
Pros: The location - quite stunning. We had a junior suite - comfortable
Cons: The hotel is tired and with an odd arrangement of different lifts and staircases. It shares certain features with most other paradors - a refusal to put the customer first in terms of meal times etc. So, the restaurant does not open until 20.00 and was then very busy (with a coach party). Our meals were served out of sequence - staff were stressed and service was therefore neither friendly nor efficient. There is never a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. The buffet breakfast was, as expected, a sad display of pre-prepared items - often tepid.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Stunning location, friendly staff.
Cons: Room was a bit small.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very well renovated Parador in a end-of-world location in the Pyrenees. Stunning views of an interesting countryside and nature. Lovely terrace, very good restaurant. Rooms have sufficient space though not very large. Very friendly and competent personnel, easy check-in and -out. Free parking on the premises.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is great. Clean rooms.
Cons: Wi-Fi is not working. Bad water pressure makes bathing uncomfortable in the shower, not having constant warm water.

Pros: The hosters we're very kind, and Wait for us until 1 am for check in. The appartment is very nice but simple.
Cons: The beds are very small, especially the double.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the room and sleeping with the sound of the river. We enjoyed chilling at the pool. The location is awesome for investigating multiple national parks and villages. Good beer and sangria, friendly staff at the restaurant!!
Cons: The pool should be accessible until later in the night, at least 10pm for when its hot and guests come back from a long hike. Wifi signal could be stronger in the rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely greeting on arrival, a safe place to keep my bicycle overnight and a lovely ensuite room. The breakfast was very good and the location very convenient for exploring the surrounding, stunning, area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the pool and area for the kids to run around and play. The cafe always served food and the staff were very helpful! The travel cot and beds were really comfy! It was a very relaxing few days there and we will go back!
Cons: The rooms were loud and the windows dangerous for children who could fall out if we didn’t keep them always closed which was annoying! The breakfast was a bit expensive for what they offered- next time I would get breakfast in the cafe instead.

Cons: Nothing bad really.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice hotel. Clean and well presented. The owners were elderly, friendly and welcoming but could speak no English but we were able to communicate ok. It was ideally located as a stop off for touring the Pyrenees.
Cons: Room walls were thin and noise travelled easily from adjacent rooms. The building was difficult to find. The sign is attached to the first floor and was quite small. The hotel is located above a shoe shop and its entrance is up a flight of steps. No parking although there was a free public car park about 250 meters away. Biesla is a very quiet place with little to do. National park for sight seeing and hiking close by.

Pros: Nice breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Centre of a quaint little town. Restaurant attached made dinner easy.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: The room was extremely cold and when I turned on the heat, nothing happened. I told the owner that the heat was not working and I was told a pretty unbelievable story about the heat coming up at night when it is really cold and that the whole hotel was on the same heating system. The bedroom was so cold that I actually stayed in my car with the heat on for one hour before going back to the hotel and hoping the heat would be on. The heat never came up. But in the morning, the entrance of the hotel where the breakfast and owners were had nice heat...so I guess the owners decide who gets the heat: Him and his wife but definitely not the costumers. Honestly this hotel should not be on booking... Also the hair inside the bed was disgusting... Stay away from this hotel!
