Pros (+) The staff is very helpful, and there are lots of activities for the entire family to enjoy.
Cons (-) They need to leave bigger coffee cups and more coffee pods in the rooms.

Cons (-) The receptionist wasnt friendly , i paíd for a room with one large bed was told upon arrival none were availble had to accept a room with 2 beds. The rooms were not very nice there were cracks in the ceiling and walls were dirty over all just not a good experience for the money you spend to stay here
Cons (-) The only issue we had, which is just laziness in my part, is there needed to be waiters at the pool area walking around taking drink and food orders. Ordering at the bar would take half an hour at times.

That d@&$ strip at the bottom of the sliding door (sign on window, red tape on it.... and I still stubbed my toe!). Water/coffee had to be fetched for refills.

The room was filthy, hair, dead bugs, and child picked up a half eaten slim jim on the side of the bed. Cons (-) There is one set of elevators to run the entire hotel. Sometimes up to a 10 minute wait just to get one. The staff seemed less than thrilled to be there at every restaurant in the place. Every bar and restaurant took FOREVER to get any type of service, even at slow times.
