Cons (-) The only issue we had, which is just laziness in my part, is there needed to be waiters at the pool area walking around taking drink and food orders. Ordering at the bar would take half an hour at times.

Pros (+) The lazy river pool was great. Very relaxing.
Cons (-) Hotel did not use fitted sheets on bed. The bottom sheet would pull away from bed during the night.

Pros (+) Awesome view and nice room. Big comfy bed with several pillow firmness levels. Roomy shower. Climate control worked well. Big TV, lots of channels. Big closet with safe. Padded seat at foot of bed. Nice balcony furniture. Free valet was easy & convenient.
Cons (-) Resort Fee on top of room charge even if not using pool & stuff. Water pressure fluctuated in shower (22nd floor), fan broken in bathroom. That d@&$ strip at the bottom of the sliding door (sign on window, red tape on it.... and I still stubbed my toe!). Water/coffee had to be fetched for refills.

Pros (+) The best part of this hotel is the pool area and the arcade.
Cons (-) Upon arrival, check in at 4, we just put our bags down and went to eat, didn’t really go in the room. After eating and playing a few games, we went up to change for the pool. The room was filthy, hair, dead bugs, and child picked up a half eaten slim jim on the side of the bed. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t fully shut or lock and the hotel phone was broken as well. The walls were dirty...

Pros (+) Very comfortable and clean/ modern room. Nice pool area. Free parking. The variety of bars/restaurants/coffee places.
Cons (-) There is one set of elevators to run the entire hotel. Sometimes up to a 10 minute wait just to get one. The staff seemed less than thrilled to be there at every restaurant in the place. Every bar and restaurant took FOREVER to get any type of service, even at slow times.
