The Edgewater Inn across from the beach in the three hundred year-old city of Biloxi echoes the Coast's past in its French Provincial and Acadian style architecture offering every luxury and modern convenience for all types of travelers.
Checked in New Years Eve and the front desk had a very nice welcome package. Bottle of Champagne, horns, etc. very thoughtful, a quick check in, a sauna, a perfect little hot tub. The hotel was along the beach which provided a nice long sidewalk fora run.

The location to the beach.
Hot tub was broken, crowded, no maid service
Friendliness of staff.
Pool was very small and very dirty . Their stuff floating around in pool. And hot tub was gross . It smelled so bad that we wouldn't even attempt it. Lots of adults drinking and cursing around pool.
towels left something to be desired, washcloth, hand, regular.ultra cheap ones u get from dollar store.
Wasn't the cleanest, but it was decent for the price and right across the beach.
Wish it was better kept, not so run down looking. Also a pain to work the shower.
