Pros: The room was very pleasant and the staff was friendly. The waffle maker was a nice touch (and delicious). I enjoyed using the gym facility - it was near the main corridor, easily accessible and most importantly it was clean. Definitely would use this hotel again.
Cons: We accidentally left a razor blade cover on the bathroom counter and it was still there when we returned so the cleaning staff didn’t clean that table. Minor issue.

Pros: The staff was very nice and welcoming. In the room was clean and comfortable. Never got a chance to get breakfast but it looked very good.
Cons: The surrounding area was a bit sketchy and on Saturday morning at 3 am there was a huge disturbance outside my room with fights, etc. Then about 3-4 hours later was awakened by either a loud motorcycle or a muscle car just cranking up the sound right outside my door. I kept my stay in the hotel room to a minimum.

Cons: The whole facility was badly in need of remodeling. Of (2) table lamps and (1) floor lamp, only (1) table lamp worked. One wall recepticle was broken/inoperable. Noted roaches in the room which is the reason we didn't eat there. To top it off, the commode wouldn't flush with anything but liquid which was embarrassing and we apologized to both the cleaning lady and the manager on duty. I don't easily like being critical of things like this but that is how things were.

Cons: You had to enter the room to turn lights on bc the light switch didn’t work. No outlets near the nightstand. The floors weren’t vacuumed that well. I thought there was to be a refrigerator but not sure. I also was in a non-smoking room but could smell smoke from adjacent room.
