Pros: Who knew you had to go to San Antonio to find one of the best hotels in Texas! It's modern luxury at its finest. Located in pearl district, hotel Emma sits center stage in a very charming environment. What was once an old brewery is now a cozy hotel with modern luxury finishes. The service matches the 5 start prices and interior. Highly recommended!
Pros: Beautiful setting, build out, restaurants & lobby
Bed slept great
Cons: Room wasn't up to same level, high design of public spaces doesn't play out to rooms
Hotel Emma is nestled in the historic Pearl - a mixed use urban village on the San Antonio Rivers Museum reach. A Culinary and Cultural destination - the hotel is adjacent to diverse dining experience and boutique shopping.
Cons: I was not not notified by phone before my arrival although they already knew my room was overbooked! They waited for me to arrive with my parents and toddler at 11 pm to tell me there hotel was full and my room had been overbooked. I was pissed, they sent me to another hotel 20min away.

Pros: I was very surprised that not only did I get free breakfast with my stay but also free dinner (buffet) and 3 free happy-hour drinks each day! The staff was friendly (sometimes almost over-friendly), and the location was perfect. Highly recommend.
Cons: Room smelled like chlorine when I came in, and the water tasted heavily chlorinated. The room was a bit poorly lit, and the windowsill outside the room was consistently overrun with pigeons. Glasses as opposed to plastic cups would be preferred (for the environment), and a safe to lock up valuables would have been nice. (I prefer not to have to take my passport with me everywhere.)
Pros: Excellent hotel near the heart of the riverwalk.
Pros: Enjoyed the kickback and proximity to riverwalk.
Cons: they charged my card $482 dollars for parking when it was only supposed to be $46. Took them a week to refund the money and then they still charged me for the parking!! What a joke! Where is the coustomer service?
Cons: Elevator use was impossible, walked down stairs from 15th floor with luggage.
Pros: Great breakfast, lovely bathroom, comfortable beds.
Cons: Very slow elevators. Unfortunately we were leaving the same time a large group from a convention was checking out and the 3 elevators could not keep up with the demand.

Pros: Staff is excellent. Justin was extremely helpful to me and family. We arrived after midnight tired and hungry. He assigned our room ASAP and took excellent care of us. We were no longer thirsty nor hungry. The hotel manager is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The kitchen staff is extremely accommodating. My daughter enjoy the breakfast. Kick back, housekeeping, & security thumbs up.

Pros: The room was considerably larger than I expected, with a separate sitting area. Everything was clean, and in good condition.
The regular price was fairly expensive, but I managed to get a reasonable rate through Expedia.
Pros: Made a special stop at the river walk on our five day trek from Pittsburgh to puerto Vallarta Mexico. Stopped to enjoy the beautiful view and exeperience the river walk. The resort was absolutely gorgeous. Unique with design, very friendly conceierge, and beautiful room layout.
Cons: Our one and only critique, and rather silly at that, after pulling in with our vehicle and stopping at the front valet, the attendant seemed almost shocked when we said, yes we would like you to park the car, and replied with an almost doubtful "are you sure? Wouldn't you like to hear the prices?" Though I'm sure he was just trying to do his job and avoid later frustration, the tone in which he asked us the question was borderline offensive. Young man if we can afford to stay where we are staying we certainly assure you we can afford to park.
Pros: nice "earthy' atmosphere and location
love the suite option
Cons: very expensive valet parking and no self parking lot
poor room service options and other snack options
no balconies or windows to open
poor ventilation in rooms
small pool and hot tub broken
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating!
Cons: The fee for parkig at the hotel was ridiculous, $36 per night.
Cons: The front desk staff was unprepared and it to over 45 minutes to check in
Pros: very clean, great location, friendly staff,
Pros: The suite was great - nice sitting area, spacious bathroom, good bedroom and everything worked perfectly. The hotel's location is directly on a loop of the riverwalk which is good because it puts you right into the attraction, but is not on the main section so it's much quieter and easier to find a dining place. Parking is available across the street from the hotel and the street itself is not as busy as those nearer the Alamo.
Cons: Parking at the hotel is a ridiculous $36/night and they charged for two parking spots for our two motorcycles even though we actually had both bikes consolidated out of the way in the valet area not even in the parking garage. That was irritating.
The hotel staff were polite but very cold and decidedly unfriendly. Don't believe I did anything to be offensive or difficult - I didn't even argue about the parking issue - but all of the desk staff (two in the evening, one in the morning) gave the impression they had much better things to do than speak with me.
Pros: Location and large size rooms
Cons: Issues with hot water and terribly slow and incompetent valet
Pros: Cyn from the front desk and Michael at the concierge desk were fantastic! They helped make my stay amazing!
Pros: Very clean. Polite, professional staff. Wife enjoyed the spa and the gym is very nice. Good location for visiting all of the tourist spots in san Antonio.
Cons: No hand rails in the bath tubs/shower. Fell twice getting into and out of the shower. Sides of the tub are very high. Too many children running around the halls unattended, noisy. No frig or micro wave in the room. Onsite food and drink is very expensive. Ice machines are far apart on the floors. no vending machines for late night drinks/snacks. Valet parking is very expensive. View was nothing spectacular because of the trees surrounding the hotel.
Pros: Check In was easy. Hotel room sitting area was actually very comfortable and functional to use, unlike most average hotel suites. Location was great. On the Riverwalk plus just 2 blocks from literally everything. Self parking lots were super close as well, if you don't like waiting for the valet everytime.
Cons: Hotel desk staff were business friendly, but it did not feel genuine. Which is the opposite of everyone else we met in San Antonio. This was one of the friendliest cities we've encountered!!
Also the tub in our room did not drain properly, so you stood in water while you showered and the faucet was loose and spun all the way around.
Pros: THE staff was very accommodating and very nice. Everything was provided before I would ask for it. Overall, a great experience . Love the old Spanish charm that the hotel is made off. Very charming ambiance.
Cons: The session that I attended in San Antonio finished every 2230 in the evening. I did not like that the hotel restaurant is close early like around 2200. I wish the restaurant is open 24 hours. I also wish that there is a Starbucks inside the hotel for the convenience of all the hotel guest.
Located directly on the Riverwalk! Hotel Contessa is the only Four Diamond, all-suite hotel located directly on the Riverwalk. With modern, spacious suites, rooftop pool with city views, full-service spa and gourmet restaurant, Hotel Contessa is San Antonio's premier, downtown luxury hotel.
Pros: The hotel has a great location on the riverwalk in a quieter area next to the mall. The room we had (handicap) was very large, and the bed was comfortable. The lobby was nice, there was a starbucks in the lobby, and the food at the bar and restaurant were good.
Cons: This was one of the biggest hotel disappointment I've had in the past. year. I traveled over 200 days in the past year and stayed at quite a few different hotels, so I don't say this lightly. When we first walked into the room (905 handicapped) the bathroom stood out as an eyesore. It was at least 5-10 years past when it should have been renovated. The grout was multiple different colors that made it look like it could be moldy, the wallpaper was peeling from the walls, and there was a general lack of craftmanship in the way it was constructed. The final straw was when I went to take a shower, and the shower head connection was leaking and spraying water in all directions. It wasn't just a loose connection, because I was unable to stop the leak. This is something a guest should never have to deal with at a chain like the Marriott.
I asked the front desk to be transferred, but because it was a busy time the only available room was the room below us (805). This bathroom was in slightly better condition, although there were a few cracked and chipped tiles. Although the shower head worked, it was a very low end and cheap looking model. The bigger problem was when my wife tried to take a shower the first night, she was unable to maintain a constant water temperature. It would alternate between cold and very hot. She showed me how red her feet were, and I can only imagine what sort of a problem this could pose to an elderly or handicapped person.
The other problem was the terrible tv reception while we were trying to watch the sugar bowl in our room. It would constantly blur or pause, making it nearly impossible to watch the game. Fortunately or unfortunately, the reception on the large tv's at the bar was fine.
In summary, this is not the type of property I would expect for a Marriott. For the time around the new year the value wasn't bad (just under 200) however I would have preferred to spend 50% more on a room that looked like it had been renovated in the past 10-20 years. In the past year the only time I have experienced bathrooms in this sort of condition were in $50 rooms in towns with less than 5000 people. Buyer beware.

Cons: Far walking distance to good restaurants. Otherwise, an excellent choice for visiting downtown San Antonio.
Pros: The loacation was decent
Cons: Noisey @ night from street. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge. Rooms were dark

Pros: I have usually stayed at the Menger Hotel as I like the old fashioned ambiance of vintage hotels. I also love drinking in the Menger Bar where Teddy Roosevelt recruited his Rough Riders. The Crockett is right next door and has pretty much the same ambiance as the Menger but at almost half the price! I will be staying here from now on.
Cons: No mini bar or microwave. No room service. Pictures were deceiving. Not worth the money for one night. Also, charging your guests for parking is ridiculous since they already have to pay to park everywhere in San Antonio.
Pros: This is the second time I have chosen the Crockett hotel. It is a historic 7 story hotel. The hotel has been remodeled with fresh updated fixtures and appliances. These rooms are huge. You could do gymnastics in them. The staff is super friendly and actually happy to see you. Breakfast is typical eggs, waffels and such. The location is why you want stay here but the staff and hotel is why you will be back.
Pros: Good location - good breakfast - next to the Alamo - Front desk staff was very friendly. fine for a long weekend for two adults but leave the children home
Cons: out dated - $24 daily parking fee - Postage size swimming pool with limited deck for sitting right by the main driveway.- non English speaking staff couldn't understand my question, so I needed to go to the front desk.
Pros: Location was great. Staff was attentive. Spending time at the bar was a good day to end the day.
Pros: The staff was very friendly
Pros: Nice rooms that appear to be recently remodeled. Great full breakfast every morning. Very centrally located close to The Alamo and Riverwalk. Staff are very kind and helpful too.
Cons: $25 parking charge per night
Pros: The hotel is a nice combination of modern and heritage. The location is perfect. Breakfast is far better than most.
Cons: The rooms are a little tight but due to the age of the hotel this is to be expected. I'd like to see some potatoes at the breakfast.
Pros: -Rich with history and dedication to preserving it
-Location is great!!!!! Easy walk to the Riverwalk, Alamo Plaza and Bonham Exchange
-Front desk staff was competent
-Room was clean
-Valet Car retrieval was quick, about 3 minutes each time
-Free continental breakfast
Cons: -Front desk staff didn't seem welcoming
-Price doesn't seem to comparable to room quality, but I think you pay for the location and history
-Valet wasn't always readily available to take keys after already checking vehicle in
-Parking around or near hotel is difficult and valet is $24/night
-Sound traveled heavily from hallway into the room, not sure if it's because we were by the elevator
Regardless of this, definitely worth a stay!!!!!
Pros: Ernie's bar right in the hotel - great happy hour, very relaxed bar. good breakfast at the hotel every morning, staff very friendly, rooms nice and clean.
Pros: convenient as far as location and accessability to San Antonio "highlights". beautiful, historic. Great staff for the most part. because there was no gym/work out facilities on sight and the pool was out of commission during our stay, Crockett did direct and make it possible for us with a nearby facility/hotel.
Cons: we noticed when we were going to use a couple of glasses in our room for water/soda...that the "old" glasses were what we had to use and that the liquid from the previous night wasn't even emptied by the housekeeper that day...unfortunate...made us question whether the room was cleaned more than just make the bed...
Pros: Location, price, staff
This San Antonio hotel is across the street from the Alamo and the city’s River Walk. Rivercenter Mall is within one-quarter mile.
Crockett Hotel has an outdoor pool. Business amenities include a business center, wireless Internet access, and meeting rooms for small groups. Crockett Hotel has a bar/lounge for an evening drink. A hot and cold buffet breakfast is complimentary to guests, and room service is available during limited hours.
Amenities featured in guestrooms include air conditioning, coffee/tea makers, and televisions. Refrigerators are available upon request. Guestrooms have satellite television with premium TV channels, HBO, and pay movies. Pets are allowed for a surcharge.
Cons: The room was over priced . The a/c didn't work well in the room. The hotel charge me $75 each day without telling me for incidentals , that I didn't even use . I won't be back
Pros: We enjoyed everything about our stay. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was wonderful. The service was great, and overall the hotel met all of my expectations.
Pros: Overall clean
Downtown and river walk location.
Cons: Valet parking should be part of the overall expense.
Coffee machine wasn't maintained.
Mini bar wasn't inexistent however an offer sheet is advertised.
Pros: Beautiful room friendly staff
Pros: Great Stay! Room was clean, spacious, and beds were comfortable.
Cons: The view
Pros: Room, location, close to activities
Cons: All good
Pros: Excellent hotel with a nice view of the Riverwalk. The room and restaurant were first class and the staff was very helpful. Well worth the money
Cons: The only problem we saw was around the pool where there was debris and refuse but there were also a lot of inebriated people there when we got there which might account for stuff on the ground and in the pool.

Pros: If you are a Marriotts reward customer you will be treated much worse then you are normally a custom too because you used Expedia or kayak. Book direct get treated nicely
Pros: The hotel was clean and the majority of the staff, especially the valets and manager, were very nice.
Cons: There was some confusion about on-site parking, which costs an additional $21.00. The man at the front desk was not helpful at all and offered to cancel my reservation with no guarantee of a refund. When I asked to speak with the manager, the replied that he was the on-duty supervisor. I again asked to speak with the manager and he rolled his eyes while walking away to fetch her. Now, I was in no way being rude to this young man and I even explained that my issue was not with him; it was with the parking issue. It was pointless to stay at this hotel and pay an additional $21 for parking if I could stay at a much nicer hotel with a better location for the same total price. He was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The manager, "Patricia", was very polite, helpful and nice.
Pros: Staff very friendly.
Cons: Air conditioning was very noisy.
Cons: Homeless person walked into hotel and asked me for money and food. The front desk was not late I. Catching the person walk in and follow present customers staying in the hotel

SpringHill Suites is a fresh and lively take on mixing business and pleasure, because it’s all about getting a bit more to simply savor your time away.
Cons: Could not accommodate our truck - had to park off site.
Pros: Housekeeping was fast. Location on the river walk was very convenient.
Cons: The room and bathroom were very small. There was also a very strong scent of perfume that was overwhelming when you walked into the hotel. We noticed it every time we came into the hotel during our stay. It was almost nauseating. Parking was expensive. It was the week of Thanksgiving and the front desk seemed to be severely understaffed.
Pros: Hotel had lots of activities planned for families and kids, including egg hunt and wake up call by the Easter bunny.
Super friendly staff and very clean.
Excellent access to the mall and food court area for those that like different tastes on a budget, but also quick access to very nice restaurants as well.
Cons: Some of the activities were at the other Marriott across the street
Pros: Near Convention Center.
Cons: Bathroom was not clean.
Pros: The hotel was great and the staff was nice as well by accommodating you with the services and room. We had a great view and we could just walk downstairs to the river walk. The river walk was close but the places we wanted to go to were further than expected. Overall the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter was great especially since it has a mall right down stairs.
Cons: I did not like that you had to pay for parking. Your paying a price you would think that that would be included. Also there was no mini fridge in the room for food.
Pros: How close it was to the river walk.
Cons: The smell on our floor and room size.
Pros: Location, easy to find, by riverwalk. Oh, the people working there, OUTSTANDING IN EVERY ASPECT!
Cons: Nothing, would stay there if the prices were better!

Plus, whirlpool tubs, full dining room, cable televisions and Wi-Fi throughout are luxuries you just won't find in an average hotel room. Enjoy this San Antonio home away from home!
Pros: Location, location, and location! Hotel is right across the Alamo with plenty of cheap public parking around the area.
Also, the warm chocolate chips cookies from the front desk are a plus.
Cons: Outdated hotel facility and Kayak's incorrectly rated hotel stars do not match the overpriced money for my stay.
Pros: The location was great. Short walk to the convention center, riverwalk, alamo. The staff was also very friendly and nice.
Cons: The building is old and the rooms show it. My first night there was a some fan, or machinery noise that made it impossible to sleep. I was able to switch rooms that night which was nice. One morning I had no hot water. The staff listened, but didn't seem concerned about it. I only had one breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but it was quite underwhelming and definitely not worth paying for.
Cons: Valet was $35 ...should have been included with hotel
Pros: Great location. Comfortable view.
Cons: Parking was difficult. I wish the stay came with parking instead of having to use valet. I had to pay for valet and to park right outside each day as I have to have quick access to my car. Although it was a nice hotel, I won't be staying here again.
Pros: Location is great right in the heart of San Antonio next to the Alamo. Room was clean but very small.
Cons: Trying to reach front desk and room service repeatedly at night and no answer. Finally answer and the late night food was just quickie microwaved crap. We couldn't even eat it.
Pros: Was impressed by everything... I think I heard some unexplainable noises during the night ... Nice location
Pros: The view from the room was fantastic! The location is also great!
Cons: The room felt like it needed to be steam cleaned with bleach... The room appeared to be updated sometime in the early 2000. But has not been maintained well. The bed was as hard as the floor. The shower head was loose and the bathroom smelled of old urine. We ordered Breakfast to our room the first morning. The breakfast was good and when we where ready to leave for the day I called to let the staff know so they could come up and clean our room. We where gone the entire day and come back to the same mess we left that morning... At 250 a night plus 30 a night valet parking This should have never happened. That night I went to drink a water bottle the staff provides for you in the room and there was no seal on the lid on either bottle. The cleaning person didn't even bother to change our water bottles. just filled them up with tap water and called it a day. If you are looking for a clean room with basic hotel services I would look past this place!!
Pros: This hotel was very nice! Our room was ready when expected and they placed us with a corner room with a great view, for no extra cost. Staff were great and the check in/check out process was so simple! The location could not have been better for the main attractions, such as the Alamo and Riverwalk. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
Cons: Could not think of anything we did not like
Pros: Although I was stuck with the smallest room they have it was still cozy and comfortable. Also they were also low staffed but despite that they were still friendly.
Cons: I thought the valet was overpriced and they should at least allow one free parking per reservation
Pros: Cookie!!!! Wife liked cookie!!! It was a very nice experience me an my wife enjoyed it greatly
Cons: No microwave in rooms or fridge.
Cons: I think the parking at $30 a night is a little too pricey.

Pros: Felt comfortable there and didn't have any complaints overall cleanness was key and it was good. The bed with pillows were very comfortable very luxurious because made me stay more.
Cons: The gentleman assumed we wanted a handicap room but quickly changed the room for us. I just wanted to be comfortable and get what I ordered on website so next time I go I will call to verify room also ahead of time.
Pros: service was great they gave me the room right away explained everything that I needed to know
Cons: not enough tables for breakfast had to wait till someone was done
Pros: My stay was very nice. Clean room, clean hotel, pool well kept. I have to say that Jo Anne the kitchen Manager went the extra mile and was a stand out employee. I would stay again here and location is between NewBraunfuls and San Antonio great for trip to Downtown or Waterpark!
Cons: Only complaint would be is that when you turn tv on you are directed to purchase menu first and once my 8 yr old son tried to turn tv on and a women in a nighty appeared advertising the adult channel. I just thought that was distasteful. There should be a process of more than one button pushed before something like that appears in front of your family.

It is good hotel and i will send my friend to it

Pros: The staff initially was friendly and courteous but eventually that was not the case.
Cons: The staff we not able to fix the problems with the rooms. They were rude and annoyed with our multiple calls for assistance just getting into the rooms due to the door not accepting any of the 9 cards that were created for the one room. I would do a trip to a holiday Inn again, just not this location
Pros: The convenience to the river walk was nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Cons: No shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We also reserved two rooms one with a king bed and another with two double beds however they gave the king bed away to someone else and we ended up with double beds in each.
Pros: Nothing. Didn't even stay there
Cons: I requested two suites, only got two regular rooms. Charged me for two suites. I cancled the rooms and never got my money back. Horrible experience
Pros: Sleeping in the bed.
Cons: The outrageous parking fee. $62. For a 24 hour period. I didn't need the room serviced but I did put my full trash can just outside the door in the am and it was still there when we checked out at 4:30 pm. The room was fine but not worth $250 a night. I thought it would be something special for that kind of money.
Pros: The location was great, not right in the busiest part of the Riverwalk, but for the price it was a pretty short walk! The pool was small but nice. The rooms seemed fresh and new-ish. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: No free breakfast and the Coke I bought in the lobby cost $3, but for the price I paid for the room that wasn't a HUGE deal. The parking cost extra but that is normal for hotels on the Riverwalk.
Pros: This hotel is extremely clean! The rooms have wood like laminate which is so nice compared to gross hotel carpet!! The staff was really friendly. I loved the location on the Riverwalk. I would stay here again!
Pros: I liked that it was clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, allowed us easier access to the museums and the alamo. There staff was very friendly I really enjoyed my stay
Pros: The room was very comfortable, including the bed and pillows. We asked housekeeping in the hall on our way out for more pillows and not only was the gal we spoke to obliging, but she asked if we wanted soft or firm. The pillows were waiting when we arrived back to the room. We loved that the flooring was not carpet...that gave the feeling of it being even cleaner plus it would make it more hypoallergenic or those with allergy problems. The icing on the cake was the complimentary bottle of champagne they delivered to our room for our anniversary.
Cons: Not a thing!

Pros: The location, the staff, the great breakfast, and comfy room
Cons: The construction limited the entrance to a single, slow, temporary, small elevator to the check-in counter on the second story. Hotel services were limited to a makeshift bar and restaurant.
Pros: We really appreciated the location of the hotel, it was really convenient in that sense, it was within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The staff was also really friendly.
Cons: Almost everything was perfect, but it would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room to store our own food and drinks. Also one of our beds was squeaky and that made it uncomfortable to sleep on so better beds would have been nice.
Pros: I liked the friendliness of the staff, the attentiveness of the staff always willing to help. Hilda the housekeeper kept the room cleanliness very well and orderly. I am happy with my experience. It was a great location right on the river walk.
Pros: Location was great
Cons: Kind of dark interior needs brightening.
Pros: The staff and the place are great !
Pros: Great location since we could walk a block and a half to the majestic theater. Beautiful room, nice view, but the restaurant was closed for dinner and the breakfast was $63 dollars.
Cons: Great location since we could walk a block and a half to the majestic theater. Beautiful room, nice view, but the restaurant was closed for dinner and the breakfast was $63 dollars.
Pros: Staff was unprofessional. Check in was at 3, we got there at 7 and the room still wasnt ready. While we waited for 45 minutes we had to get dressed in the public restroom and my girlfriend had to straighten her hair in the hallway because there was no outlets in the restroom. After we finally got our room we had to rush to the spurs gsme that we had planned and ended up missing the first quarter all because of the staff at the hotel. We decided to switch hotels the next day. Other than that the hotel was really nice looking.
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Bed corners are very dangerous, I end up with bruises because bed woods expand from mattress and you can hit your legs easily unless you are very careful. I had the opportunity to talk to other guests and they complain about the same dangerous corners.
Bathroom have to many gabs on counter and your personal products can fall while cleaning is happening and you will never find them.
If your leave something you have to go to a website to file lost and found. That is very far from what is the main reason of hotels, customer service...... Very poor in that part.
Most rooms the city view is the windows of the next building.
Pros: Everything was great. The staff are all amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay even better. I will definitely be coming back. The only thing that was annoying was how exspensive the things were in your room mini bar.
Cons: We waited 30 minutes for our car after check out. CALL AHEAD...way ahead!
Pros: We have traveled often and frequently. We arrived and found that the best service, ambience, and dining was apparent. Our room was perfect, room for our luggage, etc. Can't wait to return.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, and room levels were secured with key cards, staff was friendly
Cons: No parking, 31$ for valet is ridiculous, no complimentary breakfast, tiny pool seemed a little dirty and hot tub was out of order the entire time.
We opted for Marriott for the service, this is the first Marriott I've booked that didn't have breakfast included. The bistro was over priced and mediocre food.
Pros: Location on quiet end of Riverwalk and cleanliness
Pros: It was in a very convenient location with good amenities. Service was friendly as well.
Cons: The very expensive parking.
Pros: The rooms were great, and the housekeeping was so kind. We had a great experience, and were able to walk most places since the hotel was right on the riverwalk, and near restaurants.
The front desk staff gave my kids balloons, and glow bracelets for the 4th of July- huge bonus!
We were able to purchase our SeaWorld tickets through the hotel as well... for a discounted rate. It made everything smooth and easy for our visit to the theme park.
Pros: It was right on the riverwalk.
Cons: The maid never cleaned the room. When we got their the shower was dirty and the whole time we were their no one cleaned it. The pictures online made the room n pool look a lot bigger then what they really were.
Pros: Convenience of location.
Cons: It indicated free parking in location amenities, upon arrival I was advised it was $31 valet parking and $15 parking but not overnight stay. So I paid around $50 in parking fees, within 3 days and that was not in my budget.
