Pros: Facilities were very clean. The view was amazing, the house was close to the beach and other ammenities. Mrs. Pat and Mr. Sonny were very pleasant and accomodating. The kitchen had everything necessary. The compound is also kid friendly. Overall this is our new go to place to stay in Tobago. Trust me you would not even miss the pool.
Pros: Everything Else... I was truly blessed by the place...
Cons: 1)When other tenants has kids.At a certain time there shouldn't be any noise at all, seeing that people come to your establishment for rest and relaxation. 2) We were told cable was part of the package, however we didn't get to watch not one movie, the Wifi was low in feed and so not that it mattered to , but everyone is not us..Just saying.
Pros: Good view, nice bay with tourist and fisging boats, garfen to watch sunset, comforyable apartment witj balcony. Owners very helpful when asked.
Cons: All goof
Pros: The view was awesome, the room was very clean and very well maintained. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. They had a shower outside that was perfect to get all that beach sand off you after a swim and before you head back to the suite. You can book a tour of the Buccoo reef literally right outside the apartments. I'm definitely returning to this spot.
Pros: Kitchen is available
Cons: Just in front of our room, big house is under construction. Family room has pretty good sea view.
Pros: Beautiful view of the sea...best sea water, virtually no waves, shallow, and turquoise....nice for swimming...lifeguards on duty...modern kitchen and bathroom... quiet with partying down the road.
Cons: Must pack a lunch for beaching because the cafe on the beach isn't always open, but when it is .... Great snacks, beers, and soft drinks...cash only.
Pros: Very comfortable apartments which include cooking facilities, microwave etc (although we ate out) overlooking Bucco Bay. There are three restaurants in this small village, a quiet location. As a visitor who only had a few days it was great to have Patsy to answer all our questions. Importantly we did not have a car so we required a taxi throughout our stay and Patsy recommended Wayne who was excellent and toured us around the island during our stay. Lovely to sit out in the garden watching the sun set relaxing with a drink. Good beach about 5 min walk from apartment. Boat trips can be arranged from the jetty (Capt Phillips)
Cons: Should have arranged a longer visit.
Pros: Everything, everything was just right
Pros: The view was wonderful. We were within walking distance from the beach
Pros: I loved the cleanliness and peacefulness of the apt. The host was amazing. Ms Patsy always had a smile on her face and always determined to make sure we had an amazing stay. The view is breath taking from the back yard, Especially the sunset. My wife and i wish we could stay longer.

Pros: Lovely people, food and gardens.
Cons: We should have stayed longer than 10 nights.
Pros: Very handy for the airport, a little too close when the large jets come in but not enough to stop you from staying there. Food is excellent 4 course evening meal for around £20, breakfast really good. Staff friendly and mostly very efficient. The garden rooms are rather dark, pool rooms light with patio glass doors so definitely better when the hotel is quiet.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Pros: The choices for breakfast was great. Fish was excellent and the hot cocoa.
Cons: Waiting time between fruits/coffee/yogurt and the actual breakfast was to long. When our breakfast came our coffee was cold.
Pros: Staff is very kind, massage is quite good.
Cons: Dinner menu is fixed.
Pros: Excellent food and the steelpan band was fabulous
Pros: It was a good location . Good food in the restaurant.
Cons: The shower was a bit slow ( but more a problem with the water supplier than the hotel)
Pros: Staff were fantastic Food a strength
Pros: The location was great, close to the airport, Store Bay and the Pigeon Point beach. The food was good, bed comfy, and the garden with hammocks very relaxing. We were given a warm welcome and allowed to check in early which was very nice.
Cons: The room was a bit dark, the breakfast delicious but we had to wait for over an hour to get our eggs, and I was charged for the stay more than my online booking indicated (at the time, I thought that the price seemed off but I thought it was because I remembered it in EUR not USD). The jacuzzi was not working when we were there. Part of the staff was very nice, but most of those we encountered at the restaurant seemed at best indifferent, at worst quite incompetent.
Pros: Really good food, one of the best hot pepper sauce is homemade, They grow their own vegetables and herbs, fresh fish and seafood Great breakfast. We stayed in the garden part there is a smaller pool with a little waterfall so lovely to take a dip after my and my daughters own yoga and workout There is also yoga in the mornings and Tai Chi some evenings felt great! The staff is so friendly and helpful A place for mind body and soul. We can highly recommend Kariwak
Cons: The coffee could be stronger (we are used to strong coffee) Tryed to rent a car two days but it didn’t work out well!
Located on the beachfront in Buccoo and featuring a garden, The Seaside Garden Guesthouse has free WiFi throughout the property. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a terrace. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. At the guest house, rooms come with a wardrobe. At The Seaside Garden Guesthouse, each room comes with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Diamond is 6 km from the accommodation.
Pros: The location was good, close to the mall and the town.
Cons: Needed a television in the room, could not look at movies that i wanted too.
Pros: The friendly welcoming staff who always made sure that i happy.
Cons: The size of the bath is to small , no television in rooms and A.C. need cleaning it not blowing cold.
Pros: The property was really well kept and there was a beautiful view. I really appreciated the room being air conditioned, too.
Cons: Needs Updating
Pros: Some friends and I stayed at The Seaside Garden recently. Besides the beautiful view of Buccoo Bay and the quiet and peaceful surroundings, I would have to say that one of the most outstanding features of Seaside Garden was the homely feel to the place. Gwendolyn was by far the most gracious hostess I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She made sure the rooms were clean and checked in on us throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Cons: What’s not to love?!? The rooms were clean, the price was affordable and the staff courteous and pleasant. You can’t go wrong here.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, nice shared common areas, close to boat launch and a decent beach
Cons: Some construction in the area, which is about 20 minute drive to the nicer beaches. Room not super clean, but OK.
Pros: The location, the host, the ground staff and the garden exterior.
Cons: Leaking bathroom faucet and toilet tank together with a very small shower stall. I don’t like the wet plastic curtain helping me to shower. The double bed felt like a large single bed. A small table and chair would be nice for reading/writing in the bedroom area and this can replace the corner shelf unit and ornamental sea shells which are not necessary. At least a half mirror would be nice in the bedroom to use when dressing. A less noisy AC unit would have been preferred and when the AC is off, I should not have to hear the noisy water pump which will soon have to be repaired/replaced. Probably a different room would have eliminated these challenges but apparently booking.com should have given me better information about the rooms and their amenities so I could have made a more informed choice. Some pest control treatment is also due at this time.
Pros: The staff was great. Look forward to visiting again.
Cons: Location and staff
Pros: I like the open kitchen and sitting area
Cons: Can’t think of anything at the moment
Pros: The location was central, room clean, Gwendolyn was very welcoming, helpful and knowledgable. We had a perfect stay
Cons: Only thing is that there are roosters around starting to “sing” at 6.00 am :)

Pros: Cost Location
Cons: A bit outdated Some upgrading needed
Pros: It was clean
Pros: Great staff, easy access, the natural environment
Cons: pool close to early
Pros: didn't have breakfast
Cons: outdated upholstery
Pros: Great location about 3 -4 minute drive from the airport, rooms were very clean along with the pool. Paul an Lynda have great hospitality and really go the extra mile. Not to mention the great breakfast they do also. I’d definitely stay here again.
Cons: I Very much liked the property
Pros: Room was ok and hotel was ok
Cons: Price of hotel was a bit high for what you get. Pools shallow end was still deep for my seven year old. Be very clear on your expectations with owner prior to booking or getting there.
Pros: Relaxed pool, use of space, location, service
Pros: Very friendly hotel. clean room, simple but nice. Lovely pool and breakfast when required. Fridge in room full of chilled beer, water, coke, even a small bottle of rum.
Cons: Nothing, great value for money
Pros: We have been there for a week. Its a few minutes from the airport and beach. 10 minutes by walk to Crown Point. The owners Paul & Linda were very welcoming and helpful in every case. Paul is a great cook. You can not get a better room with breakfast, pool and a cleaner place for your money. We enjoyed the time in Humming Bird very much. We definitely recommend this place.
Pros: The pool and the close proximity to the centre. The staff came everytime you call or request their presence.
Cons: The rooms werent properly dusted and prepared for check-in. 2 beds in a room was really 1 bed and a bunk to the ground or a futon.

Pros: Spacious and rustic
Cons: I booked the standard room which I had to immediately upgrade to a better room because it really wasn't up to my liking at all! There was no refrigerator and the room needed some work. However all the staff were accommodating and understanding! My advice is don't book the standard room get the upgraded one
Pros: The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Pros: Peace and quiet. Spacious and clean room. Staff very friendly.
Cons: Access to beach.
Pros: Room and property clean and comfortable. Welcome rum punch drink. Quiet and clean.
Cons: Bed a bit too firm. Mosquitoes buzzing around at registration desk.
Pros: Friendly staff and efficient . Pool was fabbbb
Cons: The pool closed off at 6 pm would have liked this to be later. Would have liked a kettle in the room
Pros: Breakfast was good, the lady fixing the eggs makes an excellent omelette.
Pros: Andel the barman was the best part of the hotel,he was very amusing
Cons: The place felt quite soulless. Breakfast choices were appalling. No air/con in reception or bar area. We had three power cuts during our stay and for a hotel that size it didnt even have a back up generator.
Pros: I really like the concierge and the receptionist, they were very friendly and willing to help. The hotel was very comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was great! They even offer us an option of giving us breakfast "in a box" once our flight was leaving so early and we wouldn't be able to have breakfast.
Cons: Because of taxes and such the hotel end up being much more expensive, and the manager didn't seem to be very patient to explain that to us. Also, some of the employees were not very nice and were not helpful. I think they should change the manager and some of the employees, and teach how they should approach the guests. The hotel is a bit far from the pigeon point and crown point, so you will need to rent a car to get around.
Pros: Food was very good and the rooms were clean
Cons: Beds were not comfortable. Customer service was very inconsistent. Some staff were very pleasant while others were not particularly helpful.
Pros: Location, however booking mentioned sea view but such room was not available. Needed one screw driver to fix my suitcase and got it.
Cons: Unfriendly personnel, have seen few smiles and courtesy gestures. Restaurant didn't have fish option for dinner despite located directly on the beach. Pool little dirty (cleaning during pool opening hours!) and tiles coming off.

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour business center, and express check-out. Planning an event in Lowlands? This resort has facilities measuring 6200 square feet (576 square meters), including a conference center. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Location, pool, rooms cleaned on time, response to requests timely, beautiful facility
Cons: Selection, quality & price of food. Showers too small. Desk never had any change for US currency, would not cash checks, rarely had cash to exchange for foreign currency, no cash stations on premises, most of machines in fitness station didn't work.
Pros: The room that was assigned had to be changed there was no safe, the bed sheets was dirty, we was assigned to another Room which was worse I reported the conditions to management which was not addressed. I have pictures of the conditions of the room (219). I would not recommend that property. The common area is kept up but not the room we was assigned. And when I complained the staff was unresponsive.
Cons: The room was not clean the vents was dusty my husband devloped a severe cough due to that the linens was scratchy, in order for the celin fan to stay on my husband had to stick a toothpick in the light switch. Thats only stating a few of the deplorable conditions.
Pros: Effective & efficient customer service. The staff was friendly, always willing to provide assistance & very accommodating.
Cons: AC was not cooling properly. Water was not running off fast enough in the face basin. Lack of security at night on the compound. Room dated. Place in need of continuous maintenance.
Pros: breakfast was wonderful as usual, the oatmeal was simply the best. Mango cheesecake flawless. complimentary smoothies wonderful. Little mix-up with the beds and payment for dinner. I made paying for it at the time of booking a priority but was informed at dinnertime that it was not included.
Cons: A little bothered by the signing for towels.
Pros: The view, the quietness, and the staff were decent-nice.
Cons: That ONLY breakfast waa included (lunch should have at least been included or even a SNACK). Also those who have a room all the way down, more transportation carts shoukd have been available and ready.
Pros: Great breakfast and beach area. Good vibes. Front desk helpful.
Cons: Building and elevators seem older. Could use more bellboys
Pros: Ultimate hospitality, gracious staff and very helpful
Cons: Was perfection
Pros: Food Pool Location View
Cons: Poor service rooms were not cleaned and made up. They only cleaned once in four days. We didn't get towles nor toilet paper and the table on the balcony was very old.
Pros: The room although i prefer one on d upper floor. I didn't want to leave the glass open for long periods The pool is great The ocean view is nice by the pool. The food was great. The staff is super friendly. That bed was auper comfortable Close proximity to the mall.
Cons: The available tv channels were boring. Cats were lurking by the dining area. I prefer a kettle to make my tea b 4 bed. There was coffee percolator.
Pros: Food was good, staff friendly, facilities well maintained...
Pros: Good food, good bed
Pros: The hotel is ideally situated for a small conference - it recently accommodated our group of approx. 150 with ease. Staff easily accommodated us with rides to our rooms on their golf carts. Room service was exceptional - especially a very cheerful "Valerie" (I believe her name was).
Cons: Restaurant staff could not get our order right and I finally had to get up after waiting 20 minutes and ask the bartender for my own bottle of soda - I waited at the bar until he gave it to me despite mild protests from the hostesses that they would get it for me. I blame this on the restaurant and not hotel. But this truly was the only bad experience during our 5 day stay.

Pros: It’s super cozy, and clean and I didn’t expect it to have friendly housekeepers who will change your sheets and towels!
Cons: The fact that it didn’t have a laundry area
Cons: The place was lonely during our stay. There were a lot of leaves in the pool.
Pros: I appreciate the ambiance of the place, kitchen facility and the cleanliness of the place.
Pros: The place was really nice and quiet clean nice people my family and I enjoy our self wish we had more time
Pros: The pool was the best. The water was warm whatever time you went in. The room was clean. The outdoors was very well kept. Overall lovely place to go for a family vacation.
Cons: No TV in room. No towels or soap
Pros: Quiet and clean
Cons: Too many mosquitoes
Pros: comfy pillow and beautiful birds
Pros: Very good view comfy
Cons: Well two things lighting around pool could be better at night and you could try snd put tv in the rooms would be a plus othet than that great place loved it
Pros: The real estate . The Assist Manager was very friendly and courteous
Cons: The beds were badly worn and uncomfortable. Out of 5 beds in our rooms only 1 was good. The shower taps was broken and the shower mixer was missing parts. No security on the premises.
Pros: The staff was excellent from the moment I booked. Extremely helpful and were happy to help. the facility had a very homey feeling and was quite relaxing. It was indeed a pleasant stay and the location was in close enough proximity to all necessary commodities. Definitely recommend.
Cons: Maybe the room could be a bit more warm with some brighter paint. Also the doors and windows to the balcony could use a bit of an update.
With a stay at Tropikist Beach Hotel & Resort in Crown Point, you'll be on the beach, steps from Store Bay and a 4-minute drive from Pigeon Point Beach. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free valet parking is available onsite.
Pros: Everything was great
Cons: Shuttle Service would be a great idea
Pros: Staff were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Being on the beach and location close to Store bay.
Cons: The doors on some of the rooms didn’t lock properly and the bathrooms were not cleaned appropriately. These were addressed as soon as the issues were mentioned to staff. The property is on the old side and would benefit from refurbishing.
Pros: I liked the food it tasted good but I should have taken all inclusive as you only get water with dinner with the half board, I liked the pool it was nice and relaxing with a little water fall, I liked the view from the superior room and the room was comfortable
Cons: My booking information was mixed up they said booking.com sent the wrong information as I booked a superior double room with one king size bed and they tried to initially give us a standard room with two basic beds when I complained they changed it to a superior room but all the single beds were booked out so we got a double bed superior double room, secondly the staff was unfriendly in the beginning but they finally smiled after my first night stay, current went twice went once in the our very first night and during the day, plus during the day water went while my gf was bathing and when I went to complain no apologies was given they just laugh like I was making a joke, probably how I said it, each time current went it messed up the TV but at least they fixed it but they initially forgot only when they saw us going to the pool he remembered I complained about the TV
Pros: Pool is beautiful. Views from room is beautiful. Drinks were ok especially from the lunch time bartender. Loved the night time live singing. Our group was serenaded. Food was ok.
Cons: Room 202 -Balcony railing was loose. Was a hazard. Telephone in room did not work for the duration of stay even though someone came to check it. The ceiling light with the fan in room 202 did not work. Room was very dim. Wifi service in the hotel is very poor except for in the lobby area. Took the all inclusive package....drinks were posted on Tropikist Fb page however only the lunch time bar tender knew what it was and the rest was snobby. On the second day no toiletries were left in the both rooms i booked. There is no bell boy assistance and there are no elevators so you have to drag up your luggage numerous flights of stairs.
Pros: the ocean view, Pool and Jacuzzi
Cons: The dinner was not very tasty and the bar had limited drinks options
Pros: Rooms where amazing, great view ,Clean and good size. Food in the restaurant, breakfast, lunch and dinner was really good Pool and Pool bar all great.
Cons: Some of the staff are abit dry , but I think that's just the way Tobago folk are. No drinking water in room , when you wake up at 6am and your mouth feels like sand their is nothing to drink Lack of "Local Drink" on all inclusive deal
Pros: Loved the pool and the location to the airport.
Cons: I took the breakfast and dinner package however the packages do not include drinks unless an all inclusive drinks package is chosen, Guests should be able to get at least juice or soft drinks with the breakfast and dinner packages.
Pros: Omg were to start, the ambience is breath taking, the pools were well kept daily, the tropical garden is well maintain the flowers are beautiful, the hot tub jacuzzi has a breath taking view and very relaxing.our room were spacious and very clean house keeping daily and staff very honest.breakfast is tasty over looking the sea.Management did some upgrades since my last vist back in 2016
Cons: Wifi signal is not the best in certain parts of resort.
Pros: The location was as expected - very nice and on the coast. The only staff that portrayed any courtesy and friendliness every single time we engaged was Gary. He was excellent and made our stay feel that little bit more relaxed and personal.
Cons: The hotel could do with some investment in its infrastructure and general maintenance. It just felt tired and run down to an extent. The Staff at Tropikist (with exception to Gary) were poor Im afraid. Many times they didn't even make eye contact with you, never said good morning/evening/day when serving even when addressed with courtesy from us.
Pros: The best thing about this place was the proximity to the airport and night life.
Cons: The food was very bland, the atmosphere unwelcoming and the facilities (room) was dilapidated.
Pros: The place itself is beautiful and the views are amazing!

Pros: Excellent service. Very nice beach, very clean
Pros: The resort is beautiful. When you enter the lobby the view is absolutely breathtaking. The front desk staff was very nice, cordial and informative. Very nice staff everywhere in the restaurant and boutiques on the beach. Close proximity to all activities. I can not wait to come back to Coco-Reef Tobago!!!
Cons: The floor tiles need some sprucing up. They are really gorgeous but a bit worn.
Pros: Everything was excellent.
Pros: Clean, comfortable room
Clean beach with adequate number of beach chairs
Close to airport
Good proximity to outside restaurants and external boat trip
Desk arranged taxi tour of the island
Room upgrade offered without additional cost
Cons: Limited options for meals - lunch and dinner buffets only, no menus
Lunch and dinner buffet costs were expensive for what was offered
Pros: Fantastic location. The beach and landscaping is wonderful. The service is very good. Included breakfast were very good.
Cons: The facilities are very run down and in much need of repair and refurbishment. Cracked tiles on the floor, bathroom fixtures are in poor operating condition, beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Many dents, scratches and areas of missing paint on the floors and walls. This could be a world class resort but it appears the owners do not reinvest in up keep of the rooms. Lunch and Dinners, which were not included were very expensive and not of good quality. My wife became ill after dinner one night.
Cons: Bathroom were clean but need updating
Pros: The view
Cons: Staff was very very unfriendly!!!!!
Pros: The view
Cons: The attitude of the staff. Majority, especially the senior staff was unfriendly and unwilling to assist with anything. Very discourteous. Desperately in need of some training in customer service skills!!!! Have been coming here for many years but this stay was the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!
Pros: The buffet breakfast was fresh and varied. The built berm provides protection from the waves making an almost serene swimming pool in the ocean. The bed was comfortable. Restaurants located walking distance from the resort...trust me you need them.
Cons: The bed only had 2 small pillows, more has to be requested from the front desk. Pool towels are only available from the front desk but there are no signs or information advising you about that. Ants and wood rot everywhere. No elevator, no extra bath towels. The dinner is way overpriced for a mouthful of food.
Pros: Coco Reef is a short walk from the airport and overall feels very safe and mostly clean. By US standards, the bathroom in our room was pretty gross and the bedding needed updating. We were in room 210 and liked having a view of the pool and the ocean. We may stay here again, but also hope that for the price, we can find somewhere cleaner. It's hit or miss with the staff. Some are very friendly and others seem put out by guests. Melissa's fajitas at the restaurant closest to the beach are a must.
Cons: Cleanliness and outdated bedding
Pros: Some staff were very nice, breakfast was broadly a good range, rooms were big, good turn down service, quick room service, beach is well kept, super location, decent sized balcony
Cons: Minimal variety and low quality fruit for breakfast, limited lower body gym equipment, evening entertainment just on Saturday, some staff not cut out to be customer facing, watersports just want you to buy a Scuba Diving trip and not let you use anything else, wifi only usable in reception lobby, aircon machines right above the beds, we paid 30% more for a sea view- which we could only see in the gaps across the garden outside our room. To be honest, at £300/$400 per night- I expected more.
Pros: Breakfast itself was great. The breakfast service was good except wait till i finish eat and then collect d utensils. Didnt like being interrupted regurlarly. The beach and location were excellent
Cons: Rain fell. Room leaked heavily. Moved to another room but with a smaller bed. Room leaked again water flowing unto d socket area where charger was plugged in. Did not want to re-imburse properly for damaging it. After much heated discussions was re-imbursed properly

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The Gentleman At Check-In Was EXCELLENT !!
Cons: The Lady Serving Breakfast Had An Attitude For No Reason ... Breakfast Was Mediocre ...
Cons: Several guests were robbed of valuables & there’s no compensation in place
Pros: The place was very well kept, quiet and peaceful. Ideal for a relaxing getaway. The staff was very courteous and welcoming, while at no time intruding on our privacy.
Cons: The pool could remain open later in the evening as many come out to use it in the evening when the daytime sun isn't as fierce.
Pros: We loved the big jacouzie!!
Cons: When coming from the tours at the end of the day it is nice to swim in the pool. The cocktail bar closes at 6pm. We would have liked it if it closed at 8pm. The music also stopped when the bar closed.
Pros: The room was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty, greatly enjoyed the omlette station. Enjoyed the fact there was access to gym.
Cons: For an adult only hotel we did not expect the pool time to be restricted from 6 am to 6 pm. We were expecting that after a day of exploring we would be able to relax in the pool. Also as free wifi was advertised I was of the opinion I would be able to do some work as I was there but I was disappointed at the fact that I first had to call and get a code, which could only be entered on 1 device and expired. It is not a good sight when an overdue bill notification appears on the screen for the already limited cable.
Pros: the staff members, and drinks
Cons: access around the hotel, and location
Pros: I love the beauty and comfort of the place.
Cons: The menu, the portion sizes, the cost of the items on the menu.
Pros: The bedding was very comfortable.
Cons: The WiFi service could be improved. It kept cutting off.
Pros: The room was clean. Good location.
Cons: The hotel itself could do with an upgrade of its rooms. The breakfast was not good. The AC in my room was not working properly and it was a bit of a hassle to get a change of room.
Pros: The whole atmosphere was lovely... The staff was really friendly... I loved all of it they really made my vacation special and the spa was amazing.
Cons: The steps had me winded but nothing a little exercise can't help... Lol
When you stay at Buccoo Reef Bliss in Buccoo, you'll be near the beach, within a 10-minute drive of Turtle Beach and Pigeon Point Beach. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: I loved the location and privacy.
Pros: Our room had everything we needed to be comfortable. The pool was very clean and had a great relaxing area. There was great parking and the area was secure. We had everything we needed to prepare a family meal.
Cons: The laundry area was not to standard. The washer was old that needed manual wash and rinse. The dryer was non existent .
Pros: Staff extremely helpful - resolving any queries/problems quickly. Convenient location. Mainly peaceful during the day. Excellent security.
Cons: Apartment not cleaned for the 2 weeks we were there. Occasional very noisy music from nearby bars/houses. Roosters crowing from 2:30am. Barking dogs.
Pros: Nice and comfy apartment, the location was great and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: I missed having a little lamp by the side of the bed, but otherwise - no complaints.
When you stay at Grafton Beach Resort in Black Rock, you'll be on the waterfront, within a 15-minute drive of Turtle Beach and Store Bay. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The location is excellent and the service is more than I could ask for
Pros: Staff are absolutely lovely, welcoming and friendly. The reception team were very welcoming and Tyler one of the receptionists working on the desk took us to our room and gave us a great room with a sea view. My mother has never had an opportunity to stay in a hotel so it was a great experience for her.
Cons: Nothing really was bad.
Pros: Sea view room & watch sunset every evening from balcony
Cons: No WiFi, in rooms, the rooms were outdated more 3star, needed clean everyday as little insects crawling around wood frames constantly I guess this is climate and no hot water was always lukewarm.
Pros: The view from the room was amazing! The staff are courteous and professional, the buffet breakfast was delicious - again great staff! The rooms are being upgraded so I am sure the rooms will be even better! Waves restaurant is literally across the road on the beach, the kids loved it and i enjoyed being right on the beach. There is a kiddie pool, adult pool with bar and a hot tub...the views are amazing in the afternoon.
Cons: The bathroom needs updating and a bit more room. The kiddie pool did not have any shade...umbrellas, canopy...because the pool is very shallow it becomes a hot tub fairly quickly....not a good combo for smallies.
Pros: Location, pool, facilities
Cons: Feels a little old
Cons: The Facility should be modernised at bit. It seems like it needs some maintenance. Although we were given internet access the signal was poor in the rooms.
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful
Cons: Lunch was same every day
Pros: Nice property. Good staff. Breakfast was very nice .
Cons: The wrist bands to be kept for whole duration of stay was the most upsetting ...
Pros: The location is great! It's right on a quiet and picturesque beach. The hotel itself is big and airy, with multiple pools and lounge areas. Walking distance to a great restaurant at Seahorse Inn.
Cons: - For the price, the food was sub-par. Seahorse Inn, right next door, costs about the same, and the food is very gourmet.
- The staff was very friendly and willing, but not competent
- wifi is only available in the lobby
- facilities were in various states of disrepair (small water leak, broken lock on the balcony door, remotes that don't work, etc)
Pros: I loved the view it was breath taking
Cons: I did not like the fact that if I need to order food to take away or an ice cream for my kids i had to go by Waves because the other restaurant don't have take away cups or boxes
Pros: Wonderful experience, great breakfast. Staff helpful.
Cons: Beds are too small
Pros: The only bright side of the hotel was its proximity to the beach and breakfast.
Cons: The views were deceptive online. Our view was originally obstructed by a palm tree and chain link fence. Once we moved our bathroom was filled with small ant-like bugs. The entire hotel was void of face towels.

Pros: Friendly staff. Clean spacious room.
Pros: I loved the local breakfast and the fact that the was a beautiful beach that was in walking distance.
Cons: Wasn’t too happy with the lighting in my room, it was too dark for my liking.
Pros: When I made my booking it was for 4 persons and when I arrived they said that I had only booked for 2 persons. Thank God I had extra cash to pay the deference. The parking was crowded and we did not get any room service until the 4 day of our stay and only because I requested it. It was not all bad. The location is prime and centric. And they have laundry for affordable price. And the breakfast was awesome. Also the beds were comfortable.

Cons: Liked the grounds, nice landscaping. Pool was good.
Pros: The AC worked Convenient amazing location close to airport and Storebay and Supermarket Staff were extremely accomodating Liked the presence of kitchenette Loved the cost
Cons: The shower was slightly dirty Some broken facilities (cupboards etc) Bed was not very comfortable
Pros: I like that it had a cleaning service that would clean your room every morning
Cons: It have a smell like the cesspit needed cleaning, the smell was coming and going
Cons: Television should be flatscreen hdmi
Pros: Very nice staff, nice and helpful. They let me check-out later. The swimming pool was very convenient :)
Cons: Prehistoric equipment such a bed, mattress, pillows, kitchen and its dishes. Also I did not like the exchange rate when guest wants to pay in USD, their rate was just 6 TT for 1 USD.
Pros: proximity to tourist hub and airport...lovely garden with birds....nice pool
Cons: significant maintenance required on furniture, fixtures and toilet .... towels unusable and not replaced timely ... bedsheets threadbare ...
Pros: The ease and the people
Pros: The location is probably the only thing good I could say about this hotel because it was so close to the airport but that's about it..
Cons: This was the worst experience of my LIFE!! Talk about false advertisement, the pool looked more like a cesspool and the room smelled like one!!! The bed was just a piece of sponge and cardboard put together and the bedsheet looked like it got into a fight with a knife and LOST!!! On top of that there was no iron or microwave!!!! This hotel is outdated and needs to close down and renovate because they are ripping ppl off when you could get better rooms in the area for cheaper prices. I would not recommend anyone to stay here ever!!! Dexter's Apartments would be a highly recommended place to stay instead and it's in the same area so choose wisely!!!
