Cons (-) When we got off the road and wanted to get our room. The office was closed and nobody answered the door. Had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. Then went back to the Cliff Palace Motel and it said open but again nobody answered again. The parking lot wasn't plowed and no outside light were on. Thought that the place was closed. PERMENTLY CLOSED!!!
