The overall hotel setup is fabulous On staff, too many beginners in charge of guest service, i.e. at the bar.

Loved to see Molli passing our window....almost like Toytown. The candlelight dinner was not offered to us on arrival although we asked when dinner would be served...in the restaurant we had to specifically ask if a special menu was available before we were informed about the candlelight dinner, which was actually very good and we enjoyed it with a bottle of wine!
The spa was great and the breakfast was fantastic. Location is very nice.
The renovations/ building of this hotel was not even finished when we arrived- no restaurant, conservatory, or garden as promised, and mini- bars in rooms not even installed. The hotel had not contacted us in advance to warn us, so this was unpleasant shock. So after two nights, during which we found another hotel, we left, having originally booked in for six nights. We asked for and got a small discount for the nights we stayed, but the hotel ought to have notified us in advance.
