Pros: Clean, centrally located, and a decent breakfast. I have stayed here a few times and have been happy with the hotel.

Pros: Great place to stay in the center of Bogota - close to all the attractions, with a lovely view over the Journalist Park and Monserrate. Some restaurants and small supermarkets close. Good facilities, nice breakfast, Í arrived a couple of hours before the check-in time and could use the room immediately. Good offer of TV channels, also in English such as BBC news. I wanted to walk up the Monserrate; it is 15 minutes from the hotel, super easy to just walk there. This was not my first stay in this hotel, and if I go to Bogota again, likely not my last.

Pros: The location, it was close to everything. Clean, great and friendly stafff.

Cons: No heating / cooling, bad cleaning service by cleaning ladies, bad shampoos / creams. Also breakfast is very very basic. That was my biggest disappointment

Cons: The suites are right in front of the restaurant and relatively loud. The pictures are misleading due to an apparent "panoramic" effect. No tenían agua mineral ni zumos.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff willing to go the extra mile. Feels safe and they allowed me to leave my bags in the room after check out so I could explore the city before my flight. Wonderfully warm shower. Big TV with Netflix. Nice music and viby place at night. Great area to explore during the day. Close to Bus terminal. Fairly decent breakfast. Walking distance from Parque Nacional where you can go for a picnic or a run. Hotel is next to a small BBC that serves great beer. In general the area has some nice bars and not far from main attractions such as Candaleria where you can do a free graffiti tour, visit the Botero/Modern art museum and more. Also close to the National museum which is a great area to discover.

Cons: The shower leaked and had a wet floor every time I had taken a shower. The floor in my room wasn't that clean as my socks were brown after walking from the bathroom to my bed. It made me wonder about the cleanliness of the red rug in front of the bed. I didn't feel that comfortable to walk bear foot. Coffee is not great considering it's Colombia. I expected at least some sort of Colombian coffee in a decent mug. Instead it was a small espresso cup of Nescafé each morning. I spent extra money going to the coffee shop around the corner for my coffee fix. I feel the rates are expensive for a solo traveller considering a private room in a hostel with breakfast included is cheaper. I was looking for a place that felt more private and clean. They say the rooms are sound proof, but I could hear every conversation and I regret not just booking into a hostel private room. Perhaps staying in one of the upstairs rooms is better. The vintage look they are going for doesn't work in my opinion, as the wall paper is patched up at places and the gold curtains in my room looked very filthy with stains on them. Not sure if the material is not washable or if the curtains just stain easily, but I would reconsider certain design choices if I were them. Lastly, very tiny towels that didn't bother me, but something to know if you are a bigger person.

Pros: The hotel is very well located, at walking distance of the old city, Montserrate and main museum. Typical Ibis standards for the room are well respected here, no more nor less. Very pro and friendly staff at the desk. I appreciated that the price announced on booking.com was what I actually paid at the desk, and that I was proposed a high floor if I wanted it. The view from the room was a nice plus. I added one breakfast which was worth the price, as the buffet was really good with loads of different fruits, breads etc. I also enjoyed a very good cocktail at the bar. The barman paid attention to adapt it to my taste which I appeciated.

Cons: Nothing, this is good value for money.

Pros: The location is excellent: very centric and yet outside dangerous areas. A lots of restaurants nearby and, even, a transmillenial bus stop at a walking distance. Hotel facilities are nice (restaurant; business center; wi-fi fast and reliable; etc.)

Cons: Service is not standard: In one floor you get plastic cups for your room without even asking for them, but, in other floors (I stayed in one of those) you have to ask to get one set... and, this set was never replaced (in the other floor they were replaced every time the room was cleaned)

Pros: The location is fantastic, lots of great restaurants nearby. I also liked the soundproofing of the room, Bogota is very noisy, and we could have a fantastic rest.

Pros: The staff is friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. Location-wise, the hotel is located right next to the national museum, which was one of my planned destinations. The breakfast was also varied and delicious!

Cons: The Wi-Fi signal was slightly weak from my room. Aside from that, everything went perfectly.

Pros: Location for this hotel is great. Walking distance (25mins) to La Candelaria, made it a great option for our stay. Bathroom is a bit smaller but all clean. Beds are confy and breakfast it's pretty good although it is not usually included so you'd have to pay 5$.

Cons: Reception hotel told us a higher price for the pick up service from the airport. The Hotel offer pick up/drop off service from/to the airport. However, although you can book it through reception we were advised that the price to be paid was higher that the real one. It seems that when you pay at reception, they add 15000/20000 COP to the price that the drivers would offer. In summary, you can arrange transfer with them but make sure you have cash to pay directly to the driver after your ride.

Pros: The interior of the building was very beautiful, and old colonial house very well renovated. It is very central, regarding the historical neighbourhood. The hotel is small and the staff friendly.

Cons: The breakfast was simple but fair. After dark the neighbourhood does not seem the most safe place in the world. The historical center, overall, is not renovated, giving the neighbourhood a decrepit and dark look, therefore not the most nice to look around.

Pros: I read many reviews, and despite some negative reviews made my reservation. The hot water was very hot and in the morning turning on the tap responded with hot water immediately.

Pros: The property was lovely. The rooms were spacious and staff very friendly. We arrived very early and the hotel kindly let us have our rooms well before check in time. Good location for many of the city highlights.

Cons: The room and the whole building itself were really cold. Also our window didn't close properly so it was even colder. The room wasn't sound-proof at all, so we could hear neighbors throwing up during the night.

Cons: Rooms were very cold. Bed lights didn't work. Spa is not included. No fruit included although announced. Neighbourhood quite dodgy, got my wallet stolen just down the street. When you ask the receptionist to call you a taxi they will call a company that is twice as expensive as the normal yellow taxis. Breakfast is very simple (5 slices of fruit, chocolate drink, eggs and two pieces of toast and a juice). If friends want to visit they have to pay if they want to stay longer than 20 minutes. Staff doesn't speak any English.
