I like that the room was big and spacious and had really nice bed and pillows
OUR TOILET WOULDNT FLUSH AND WE HAD NO HOT WATER AT THE SINK OR TUB I IMMEDIATELY CALLED 15 MINUTES AFTER CHECKING IN TO NOTIFY THEM OF THIS AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SWITCH ME OUT IN THE MORNING? Staff were very friendly and willing to assist us in any way possible. When the hair dryer in our room didn't work they found an empty room I could go into so I could dry my hair
Gym was closed for repairs along with washing machine and dryer on our floor, hair dryer in our room, juice machine for breakfast wasn't working, roof outside our window needed fixing, TV in room was at least 25 yrs old with a terrible picture. When I asked about the disarray of the hotel the staff said the hotel was in the process of being sold and Shilo wasn't putting any more money into it.
The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Just a single night. Left before breakfast, though, so cannot rate that.
It was pretty cheap
Almost couldn't believe how terrible the staff was. Dirty, dirty hotel. Stains on the carpets, bed & walls. Don't take your shoes off. Bring your own bedding. Couldn't pay me to sleep here again.
Desk clerk when we checked in was amazing under pressure. Jr suite is nice. Very comfortable bed!
No vending machine in the open area. It was locked by the pool and the front desk clerk got off the couch to tell me i had to walk to the gas station in my pjs. (maybe unlock the door and let me use it??)
Everything seemed clean and it was right off the freeway so location was good.
The sheets on my bed didn't go all the way to the bottom of my mattress. This seems like such a stupid thing to lose my business over. How hard is it to make a bed properly?
Price was great for the area. Much nicer rooms than other lodging at comparable rates near airport.

Price was ok and it was close to airport like we needed.
The room smelled like a smoking room although it wasnt. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet on it, just a flat sheet laying over the nasty matress. When i spoke to the front desk, she said they dont buy fitted sheets because flat sheets are cheeper and quicker to put on the beds.
