Good basic services, clean and reasonably comfortable. Free Wi-Fi. Hotel had not advised restaurant that breakfast was pre-piad and I faced a double charge on check-out which the reception staff claimed was a valid charge. Needed to call Hotel Manager at his home to resolve the issue.
Location, excellent hotel , friendly staff, really enjoyed our two nights stay. Bus service to Seville not reliable.
Room very clean, 2 bedrooms, aircon efficient and quiet. Kitchen in the room, 2 TV.s. Would have liked to use the room more, but we only travelled throug from Algarve to Gibraltar, nice stop on the way there and back. Close to the motorway. No utensils in kitchen.
Easy to locate. Large, spacious The dining room arrangenments where all tables are joined together. Also, there was much leftover food around whilst I ate breakfast and not cleared up. It made the place look a mess
Close location to motorway and Megaocio (various restaurants). Clean, modern, quiet & comfortable hotel. Selection of pillows. Lan Internet connection in room. The Receptionist told us the breakfast buffet was being served in meeting room but in the end there were so few clients you had to get your continental breakfast (no buffet) in the hotel bar (don't they communicate between departments? We checked in around 21.30 so they must have known by then about low occupation. No sign to advise of the change either in the morning). Unfortunately there was only one helpful bartender for several occupied tables and you had to order at the bar (waiting & several trips for the client to the table carrying drinks & plates). The Orange Juice was not 4*. If they cancel the buffet at least they could put more staff in the bar to take orders and serve at the table.
Easy access to highway, clean place, good value for the buck, easy enough access to Sevilla using M252 bus, but please be aware about the schedule.
poor breakfest menu
Excellent location just outside Sevilla: it only take 15 in to reach the center by car. You can park your car in the street w/o paying the parking. nice swimming pool and free internet in the rooms. Excellent price/ quality. no
The opening time of restaurant.
Swiming pool Breakfast and room size
Location is very calm and that's good if that's what you are looking for, since for city trips is too far away. Room maintenance is very good, free Internet not fast but good enough for emails. Local shops with good food ;-) If location was a bit more lively it would be better.
Kind staffs and basement garage! shopping mall and supermarket nearby when I checked in... nothing in the kitchen and finally got some basic stuffs for 2 person after asking.... the location is problem if you don't have a car.
nice, near town
Spacious room, comfortable bed (unfortunatele twin but not double) quite difficult to find - could not get their witout advice, even using navigator? poor kitchen equipments\dishes - 2 cups , plates, fork * pots - is not cooking \ eating yourself, as well as no means to wash dishes
The appartment had two bedrooms and a living space with kitchenette, so very generous for the amount we paid. Nice big pool. Depending on the room/appartment, the can be some road noise.
Spacious rooms. Swimming pool. Way too far out from Seville. The check-in took about 30 minutes because of computer problems. The noise throughout the night was unbelievable - traffic and people. Fighting, screeming and late-night partying in the street below resulted in sleepless nights.
Only 15 minites from sevilla. Excellent choice if you whant to explore the city. Located in a quiete area, dining facilities arount the corner. Staf whas realy friendly & helpfull. We were traveling with a small child, however in the kitchen were no pans etc. After asking how we could warm the baby food they placed a microwave & some pans in the apartment (no extra charge). Parking is realy easy!
It's an excellent value-for-money accommodation. Secure underground free parking. 15 min from the centre of Sevilla public bus (if you can find a bus stop and know the night time-table). The apartments are comfortable and large. The apartments are poorly equipped with cutlery (few small unpractical knifes and forks) and other kitchen utensils (small frying pan and pot). One can hardly cook any meal for two using this equipment. If you want to cook anything there - bring your own stuff.
excellent quality for money. easy free parking.tidy, comfortable.
It has a closed parking garage (20€ deposit for 2 nights, you can also park for free in front of the building), wifi and breakfast (check if your online reservation includes it), the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a kitchen. Clean private bathrooms. Breakfast was just OK: coffee, juice, nice bread, but the only protein was paté or similar meat based spreads, no fruits or yogurt. The entrance was hard to find at night, there is a sign but with no light, so it's almost invisible, even the entrance is dark, reception is reachable going up in a lift, the building feels like a labyrinth, WIFI worked but failed at night, I didn't bother to report it to reception because when I asked to the password by phone they sent me find it myself in pieces of paper located in the reception office or in a sign next to a lift. Breakfast could have fruits or eggs.
Hotel facilities, kitchen at example, excellent bedrooms A little far from Sevilla center
It made a change for us to stay at an apartment hotel rather than just in a hotel room, but for a hotel room price. Also good to be able to park the car and leave the worry of getting into the city centre to the public bus driver. Bus trip was easy and cheap. WiFi was free but coverage hit and miss and didn't feel confident that site was very secure due to messages which kept popping up. Not being used to staying, and therefore finding, apartment blocks, exterior signage could have been clearer. Continental beakfast really was just that (no meats/cheese/fruit etc) but we booked breakfast not knowing that we would have a kitchen at our disposal in our 'room' which actually turned out to be a flat.
Very good service from reception during the day. Less at night time. The cleanliness of the hotel was poor: we found hairs everywhere and even in the bed sheets. This put me off totally. In addition, I did not have a pillow and the night shift would not give me one. I had to insist in order to get one pillow!
Quiet and clean Hard bed- no coffee/ tea making ingredients, despite full kitchen,.
Friendly staff On arrival, bathroom had faeces smeared on side of bidet - visible from bath but obviously not to cleaner from bathroom door. Was not dealt with over 3 days despite being reported to reception. Towels in bathroom were clearly not fresh, having a fair amount of long black female hair on them. These were promptly replaced.
nice appartments- modern facilities- staff helpful. reasonably priced. beds!! we could not sleep the first night... and moved to a dirty room as another night like that was not option _ so check you mattresses 1st some are horific.!! - if using kitchen only one cup or two plates, no kettle, one pan...!! very poor - and parking is hard in the evening due to cinema.Lastly 0- twice we couldnt get in the night door.. i was left in the rain for over 40 mins.. and there is not other way in!! that is bad!!
Price and standard Hotel is remote from public transport to Seville. Car is vital
Close to Ikea and 15 mins drive to Seville The beds felt as though they were made of concrete ,The pool was closed and the temperature was 32 and we needed to cool off. Very difficult to find.
It is located in a very quiet area. There is good facilities around, a supermarket, a shoping centre. Very good overall.
Location - you can get a bus into town, but not one back after 9pm. Apparently taxi is 25+ euros, so it is cheaper to park in town.
Spotlessly clean room. Smelled fresh and clean. Receptionist provided a wealth of excellent information and tips on how best to get to the Feria in Seville. Student dorm beds are a little stiff.
Cheap, clean, friendliness It's not a hotel, it's an appartment you rent in a student residence
A very good, clean and cheap alternative for accomodation during La Semana Santa. Only 20 minutes by bus (M163) from Plaza de Armas.
Too far and too expensive from Sevilla (75 eur/night/2pers)
Nice room, space, bathroom, however the clean services need to be better.
Modern and every thing works. As there are a kitchen with owen, mikrowave, refrigirator, freezer and dishwasher it is a little surprising how few tools for making food there are.
calm area, easy to park, easy to find, clean, new, price the bed was not properly mounted and made noises
The appartments are modern and confortable. There is stove, oven, big fridge and freezer, air conditionate and even a dish washing machine. Furniture is simple and modern. No need to pay parking, as there is plently of public free parking around. Good location if you have a car - near supermarket (at ikea shopping mall, 5 minuts by car), quiet area, 10/15 minuts by car to city center. There are some details to work on: there is no trash bin in the kitchen; there are dishes and cuttlery for 2 people, which can be complicated when you cook a meal with different things (2 soup spoons, 2 tea spoons, 2 nives, 2 forks, 2 plates, 2 soup plates, 2 tea cups, 2 glasses); and cooking vessels are also very less: one small pot, one small frying pan and one inside oven tray.
cooking facilities. price. location. The staff didnt know how to access the internet or how to use the washing machine. We finally got it to work but it took a while
The rooms were very clean, and the personnel at the reception was helpful and spoke english. The internet connection is fast. If you stay in the apartments, use of the parking garage is included in the price. The location is one of the outskirts of Sevilla; the view was the back of the local retail store, including the garbage cans. But if you are not staying for the view, this won't be a problem.
the confort the price the space the address was hard to reache it
Big rooms, cleanliness is ok, has everything you might need for a longer stay. Good value for the money. Little difficult to find as adress is not correct. Here is a tip to save you some time if you are using GPS - the GPS will show you the address Avda Republica Argentina, 1 right after a roundabout between a gas station and an area with several restaurants - you have to continue down the street that goes along the big shopping center and look for hotel Vertice. Apartour is right next to it. House keeping comes exactly at 9 am and knocks on the door, there was an issue with the wi-fi
huge rooms (living + bed), 2 televisions. Bit complex, but you will find through.
Out of town, but not a bad location for people travelling by car.
Very convinient apartment and very confortable, near highway E49 but silent and only five minutes by car to center of Seville strait to Cachorro bridge. Only one objection is that inside there is no indication on paper explaining how to phone to reception desk or how to operate the central heating, nor the air conditioner, etc. no indication at all. No everything is new and tidy. No indication of where to dispose the garbidge.
clean, washing machine and the kitchen have to pay for the inside parking.
normal for this money. everything was as written in commentary about hotel. situated in nice place. 10 min to the center Sevilla by car
Unreliable opening hours in the reception. No glasses either in the kitchen nor the bathroom. Staff has no idea about the meaning of customer service or friendly assistance - only complete indifference and lack of imagination. I book hotels through booking.com on a monthly basis and am usually satisfied, but this is the absolute worst so far.
