Pros (+) Best clam chowder in the world. Very convenient.
Pros (+) The view of the flat irons was great. Location was awesome. The hotel was both modern and charming. The furnishings were nice. Second vanity and sink outside the bathroom. We did not drive (because we knew parking would be limited and expensive). Although I would have expected a pool given the price, there was a lot to do in the area. Everything we wanted was within walking distance.
Cons (-) We like room service. However, the one breakfast we ordered did not come with any condiments (salt, pepper, butter, jelly). The woman who delivered the food did not make any eye contact (although she was perfectly polite). We did not order room service after that. Pros (+) The hotel could not be better located. The restaurant was reasonably priced, though we just ate there for breakfast. It had the modern amenities with the feel of a historic hotel. The have a small fitness room, but you can work out for free at ONE Fitness which is a two block walk.
