Pros: The area is nice and quiet. You are on the verge of more nature than you can think of. Watching the birds (and squirrel) eating their breakfast while you are enjoying yours was a treat.
Cons: We didn't have ensuite bathroom - we knew - but it was not next to our room. The adjacent bathroom was for general use and when engaged it was distinctly audible. There was actually nothing in the room to hang your clothes on or to put things on, no cupboard, no hooks. In general the room was not comfortable.
